sad, but this doesn't solve the problem of adding lots of Deathstalker's Marks and kind of hard to empty them. it actually incentivize people NOT to get lots of stacks of it.. wtf.and what about AOE? i want to get my garrote's out in M+ and not Ambush them from stealth

Cool. But that's not what we wanted but a rework. Adding damage to an unplayable hero tree will not make it playable.
Tuning is nice but can we get some thought into the mechanics? It plays like looking left and right at the same time.

900% increase on Mark. Saying it was weak is an understatement.
This is confusing. Almost everyone expected a full Deathstalker rework, considering the mess it was, but we get this?Deathstalker has way more issues than tuning. These changes solve nothing unless Deathstalker's Mark is capped at a lower stack count. Sub can't ever proc Darkest Night in CDs and Sin can't spend the stacks from opener on time.Also Darkest night is still bugged and is -30% on your finisher.
This will make it too strong... you can already crit 3mil envenom on beta before this change.
as soon as I've seen the headline of the news, the curtain dropped. Like really? Tuning?It's a bit embarrasing, to say the least. The talent tree works for you and against you at the same time, works against main specs on multiple levels, has annoying old reused talents which NOBODY EVER liked (eg. lingering darkness which was hated by the whole rogue community each time it was introduced, so I don't know how much more feedback do you need to realize it's not really bringing value). Lack of connection to the main gameplay loop that most of the other hero talents in this tree have is another huge issue. This hero talent tree needed rework, not some sad number tuning. Lack of vision on rogues, even though they're one of the most used class fantasies in games, board games, movies, tv shows and so on, is beyond me. Shame, by far my favourite class, and my main for a long time now, but this lack of ideas is just getting too tiresome.
Rogues: This tree is obviously problematic because it requires you to apply more marks and fewer marks at the same time. Also Assassins struggle to apply them while Subtlety has them coming out the wazoo.Blizzard class designers: Okay, I hear you, but what about this: slightly higher numbers.
