Plot twist: Denathrius's key is the Remornia pet
Honestly I'm confused with the THREE keys? Did he not get Denathrius' and Primus' keys already?
Hear me out - her 3rd failure here as in to betray the Jailer. Cosmic forces don’t dig each other so . She ushers in the void as the only way to “fight “ death.Uther showed he felt something wasn’t right by touching his scar . He detected the mourneblade or simply was just remembering Arthas faintly in comparison by that side shot.More to be seen in the future. Saddle up kids, by the end of this we will have Denathrius freed by the Nathrazim, and the light keeping tabs through the Naaru lady (if she doesn’t betray us , assuming the light doesn’t see her as tainted). Denathrius gave up his key, Archon lost hers, now since The Winter Queen is occupied with Drust dirtbags.. it shouls be easier for Zovaal’s punk behind to rip that from the forest too. Let’s hope we do this right and can anticipate things in time .
The hyperlink to Bellular's interview with Morgan and Steve appears to be broken (wowhead 404), as of time of writing this.
We know Arthas is showing up this expansion, no need to hype it.
Do they really have to reference Arthas in every Anduin cutscene? Like we get it, they're similar and some cutscenes were really great like the one where he faces Sylvanas in Undercity. I do think the community is sometimes trying too hard to find similarities. "Look he's holding a sword just like Arthas did wow!"
The lord of ravens = Odin?
I don't like "Kingsmourne", would have sounded better as "Shalamourne" and rolls right off the tongue like the sword's original name.
Varian where are you!
Great analysis thank you!
It's fun to see ppl talk about Il’gynoth whispers...For those who didn't raid the void city...The crystal (drunk?) dwarf said the talk was just to make community goes crazy.So... everything pointed towards it is false. And that's pretty ok to me. Deceivement is a dark art.So.... with that in mind, let's move forward the historyThere are VERY GOOD theories about jailer and stuffOne I liked the most is that Runecarver is the true Jailor and the dr.manhattan (because.. it's blue, big and bald) is a random prisioner chained with domination runes to make whatever being is in control want (and might even be the Runecarver who controls fake zovaal)I doubt this kind of things are true because it's good writting, and after BFA Sylv being Garrosh 2.0 we can expect the game going only downhillJust to add something about this wowhead post...Their art dptm is awesome. It might be what keeps Blizz going. with character models were like in the cinematics. That would be thunderousI know that there is a whole wonderful team that works on these, but these three are driving the bus.At least I know who to blame now!Just editing one more time here...It might be good for comunity to keep engaged for not showing all the story and to where it's going...BUT.....!by far the best history still is WotLK, and since it started we knew that we were going to defeat Arthas at Icecrown CitadelSOOOOOOOO.....Do a better story instead of finding meanings to make the story good.
Just posting my speculations here: I think the Jailer already had the primus' key and now also has the archon's, leaving 3. In the venthyr covenant questline we have been collecting medallions, pieces of Denathrius' power that he gave away to control the other mighty beings in Revendreth. One medallion is yet to be found. My speculation is that when you combine these medallions, it will turn into the key from Revendreth. Since blizzard likes its stories with all kinda weird twists and turns, maybe splitting the key into the medallions was a way for Denathrius to secretly work against the Jailer (I know its farfetched but how often have they redeemed azshara and others...).
