I wonder if the guys that come up with some of these troll names can keep a straight face when presenting them for approval.
Just putting my usual PSA here that the Zandas are still tiny compared to even Darkspear:https://i.imgur.com/ZuU1sbm.jpgObviously, this could change, but right now, and at Blizzcon on the demo, the Zandas are squat dwarf trolls.
Maan, that scenario sounds epic from both sides.Going to have to level up my Pally so she can take part with Anduin, while my Lock evacuates Undercity.
Is Zul really such a bad guy? Seems to be he just did what he thought was best.
In the Stockades:Me: Hey, Zul, how's it been since Pandaria?Zul: Screw you, mon.
looking nice but what you need to unlock it & what classes are avaliable :)
First and foremost, I'm not arguing the events that took place in the lore. I'm arguing that the interpretations being made from those events from this person are opinionated and indeed subjective. The post wasn't simply stating the exact events as they happened. It's precisely stating bits and pieces of those events, and purposefully leaving others out in order to devise conclusions that fit the preferred narrative this person chooses to believe. That was my point. The Alliance have only been merciful once? The Alliance saved the Blood Elves during the Amani Invasion, from the Amani, and then again from both the Amani, and the Horde. The Alliance only left them to save their capital city Lordaeron from the Horde. This is just one example, however I'm not here to argue every detail in the lore. I'm here arguing that trying to make an inherently subjective point when your post is heavily opinionated in the first place is entirely absurd. From your response it's quite simple for me to assert that you must also fall into the camp of idiotic fans boys who care more for fan service than the facts of the actual story.Garithos is an unfortunate character that the Horde fans love to use to say that the Alliance are the bad guys. The same way that Alliance fans love to use the tragic character that is Garrosh to say that the Horde are the bad guys. As a fan of the story and both factions, I would expect to people to understand that things aren't black and white the way some of you would have others believe they are.
Yes right the alliances seemingly endless mercy like putting horde races in slave camps, hunting to kill them on sight even though sometimes the orcs and other races in the group aren’t horde affiliated, night elves sabotaging their food stores during the building of Eurostar so that the Tauren, orcs, and trolls would all starve. They even discriminate against their own races sometimes their are quest givers in garrisons in different leveling zones that treat the night elves, draenei, worgen and gnomes like freaks of nature. This racism and unfair and unworthy superiority complex even drove races to the horde the forsaken wanted to rejoin their old comrades in the alliance but the alliances only plan in response was to decide to kill the forsaken and take capital city from them. Then the racism again cost the alliance longtime allies by using the blood elves as cannon fodder and threatening to wipe out what was left of their species. Yes I can see the “endless mercy”.
In the last 13+ years, I have never seen a group of fans from a video game change so much and so drastically as the Horde player base has. They used to be a ton of fun to play with, or against. The fan base of the Horde played the role of the tough and brutal family of warriors and misfits incredibly enthusiastically. They didn't care what anyone else thought about them, least of all the Alliance. They were loyal to their own, and they knew their own truth themselves, and that was all that mattered. None of them could have cared less about what the non-Horde factions thought about them, or about anything else for that matter. The rivalries between the Alliance and the Horde on my home server were incredibly entertaining too, and players from both factions had a blast interacting with each other. However, now in recent years I have personally witnessed the majority of the Horde fan base begin to behave like a bunch of "SJW" wimps, who are unbelievably desperate to be validated as a faction of white knights in shining armor. It's been incredibly bizarre to see this change unfold, and I know there are still some Horde fans who don't fit into this category, but even so the identity of the majority in the Horde player base has unquestionably been turned completely a** backwards from the way it used to be not all that long ago.People want to play their characters the way they want to play their characters, and they have every right to choose how they want to enjoy their experience in their free time. I just couldn't have ever imagined that one day the Horde faction as the majority of us originally understood them, would suddenly become a group of players whom cared more for appearing as the noble white knights, instead of appearing as the kinds of tough, loyal to their own, and brutal band of misfits that they will always be to me. It seems like its the Alliance players that are now the more tough and brutal faction, and now the Horde are just a group of incredibly dull and politically correct tree huggers who seek to save their princess from the "evil doers".People used to think the Alliance were dull, but now it's the new Horde players that have proven themselves to be as dull as dishwater. I can't even begin to imagine how boring the story lines would be if the new Horde players were allowed to write it.
The Alliance has the troll princess....why? WTF was she doing to get taken prisioner in SW? FFS, Blizzard...
