I'm on a horse.
Took a break from wow for the summer once and logged back on guildless... Also, what's this guy's name?
spiel is a cool word.
I hate end of expansion Blues :\
I think it was 2/3 month's. :)
Well I'm glad I'm not one of those hardcore raider types. There's a lot more to the game than grinding raid dungeons 2-3 times a week people. You join a guild that knows this and you won't be dealing with a cataclysmic situation that involves guild destruction.
Our Guild made a decision about 6 months ago to drop raiding all together - it was becoming a serious uphill battle with only 6 ppl being consistenly showing up (and 5 of those were officers). This is a poor time for Guilds and I think we're surviving because we're laid back and don't put demands on ppl - just remain supportive. Meanwhile, I'm waiting for a large portion of them to come back from SC2 lol :)

Just a little input, i'm pretty sure Cat is coming out Novemeber 1st, I put a down payment on the collectors edition a few days ago.http://www.gamestop.ca/Catalog/ProductDetails.aspx?Product_ID=253895"Pre-order Ships 01/11/2010" so yeah :D
I've rerolled since my 'blues' kicked in, and I am slowly leveling some toons on a RP server to see the content of WoW before it is changed by Cata. It's also refreshing to actually take part in some RP, it's something very different to me and I will probably remain on RP servers when Cata hits. I have yet to kill the Lich King, but for the last few months my main's guild's raiding has really suffered.
I also got burned out it seems.....I have leveled several classes to 80 (including 2 dk's) and now I have joined Gevlon's project so I can relax and have some casual raiding whenever I want
Solution to end-of-expansion blues: Play casually. My 10-man guild just put in our first attempts on LK a couple nights ago. We'll get back to him on Monday. No big deal. Once he falls, we'll work on hard modes until Cata hits. Ta-da! No one suffering end-of-expansion blues.Taking things in moderation is a great way to avoid getting burnt out on them.
What's this guys name?
