didn't they change for tyranical and fortified to be from +2s so there wouldn't be a massive increase in difficulty when they kicked in on +10s on Legion?Now they're on +4? Sure its still a "low" number, but I think that's kinda weird. And then having both at +10? Haven't been doing that many keystones in DF anyways, so who am I to have an opinion on this.
I'm so glad I only do mythic 0s. Don't have to worry about all the drama. And to all those people who are choosing only to complain and not being legitimately proactive, you can always uninstall the game and do something else.
While i really like the idea with both Fortified and Tyrannical i think it can be a bit chaotic. Especially with how we have seen Tyrannical this season, but that's probably some kind of bad dungeon.It's gonna be fun to try in the beta for sure!
Okay great, now one last change. Lower the level to acquire aspect crests from +9 to +7.
I think the changes reflect the levels of players. People pushing a 10+ key should be the same baseline as a mythic raider, since it essentially gives mythic raid loot. M+'s should not be designed to be a loot run; that is what the change to regular Mythic dungeons was made for. While having both affixes on a +10 key and the additional 20% on a 12+ key is brutal, I think this design is intended mostly for those who are pushers and not casuals who will sometimes push a key past 10. The change in crests seems fair and reasonable, as well. Kinda sucks being a mythic raider and people getting mythic geared so quickly. I think it is a nice balance, especially with the changes to the lower tier keystones. This will allow newer players to learn the mechanics of keystones without the worry of getting thwaped because of Tryanical on a 4. Also, lol @SomeKeed getting absolutely destroyed in comments.
Wait +10s are still 3 affixes and are fixed now or there will be more now? Fortified and Tyrannical and Peril every week? Or is Fortified and Tyrannical a passive sort of thing? Am I getting this right?
Actually a Garbage change. I wanted Tyrannical and Fortified removed for so long cus it literally EATS M+ timers and having it at 10+ which is equilvant of 20 is ridiculous.
Yes, BOTH being active means kind of "pointless" since there's already a key scaling system in place that does exactly the same? Not really!There's also a thing called "double dipping". This will make keys unplayable "mathematically" lets say, at level +15 rather than maybe +25. Please don't gather pitchforks and knives, throwing those numbers just as a reference.This keeps low to mid keys "challenging" and then adds a double dipping hard roadblock at higher levels, stopping it going way way too high.
