For those who tested this, what can we expect for difficulty level: Mythic, Heroic, Normal or LFR boss.
Hard to tell because 1. we could test it for what, 24h? month or so ago and that's it; 2. some challenges were buggy (I deffo enjoyed Infernals spawning and immediately yeeting me off the platform with no possible response to that since I was down on Gliders when I copied a character and there was none on PTR AH - dear old Kruul); 3. there was some unexpected behaviour, like Variss getting closer when Silenced via Avenger's Shield, being unable to pick up little Horrors no matter what (had to taunt them one by one, lol), also swirlies on God Queen HURT like hell for some reason. Nevermind some classes getting abilities that trivialize encounter (Touch of Death of Brewmaster, being able to Moonkin away as Bear), others losing some that make it much harder. Depends on whether they fixed the bugs above and accounted for loss of Covenants/Legendaries/Artifacts. But I think it should be liiiiike Heroic?
I dont mind difficulty but I hope that gathering old gear and gems won't be necessary
Some were like LFR (aff lock), some were Normal (Prot warr), some were Heroic (havoc dh, maybe even Mythic)and some were like OVERTUNED Mythic (bm hunter, ret pal), so yeah, you can expect overtuning and bugs in some fights (probably)
man, I was excited for this 2 months ago but between the passing of time and all the bs surrounding blizz, I just don't care anymore. it's a shame
I saw it somewhere months ago, but is there a streamlined view on a class/spec list to getting the mount? IE, do Arms/Prot/Fury, XYZ and G

I hope the healing challenge is more doable with my latency these days. That mount is the one I wanted but the healing challenge is the only one I was unable to do in Legion.
Maybe I should have put my Legion Legendaries into the void storage...
The three best classes to complete all 7 challenges for the mount are:....Hunter, Druid and Rogue. there is a video and chart showing that these 3 classes can do all 7 challenges.
Tough to say, really. I oneshot the paladin challenge and did around 5 tries until kill on frost mage, but the DK, assassination rogue were very hard to push enough DPS on with my connection from EU. I have 1000/1000 internet but the connection to the PTR is always > 250-300 MS for some reason.The disc priest one was impossible. You got in there with around 6500-7k HP iirc, and you took unhealable/unavoidable damage to that came close to around 9-11k during the mechanics. Fel Burst is his instant dot-applier that had an initial hit of ~6k on me and it could easily be cast together with the Sonic Scream which instantly kills you through shield too.
See, I want to know how they fixed things like the Warlock Affliction challenge because it REQUIRED Sacrolash's Dark Strike coupled with Seed of Corruption to slow the adds down long enough for them to not smash you, and there were other instances of such combos needed to complete the challenges. These weren't just rock up and do them if you feel like it tasks, they were actually challenging taking some people 100 runs to get it down. If you can just purchase old world creatable gear and gems and complete these in a couple of tries now i'll be disappointed. I don't think it should be impossible for most people but I'd like it to be harder than something just everyone can do.
Make a vendor for the rewards, like tokens system. 1 token = 1 gear set(including druid form, belonging to the challenge).-Otherswise the rewards disappear every season, creating FOMO effect.With vendor(s) you can keep several season's rewards in one place, so people can choose what they want.-e.g. you could add the original rewards there as well?That way you can also make new challenges, without ruining or remove the old challenges.-By making people choose a season, as they choose their challenge, at the NPC.Kind of like a training/test room, for both developers AND players at once.-Devs can test gear designs, scaling of old and new things, test encounter with new mechanics or developing ideas and concepts etc. In a semi-safe enviroment, that doesn't ruin the WHOLE game for EVERYONE, if something does't go as planned.

I ran this and it sucks totally ... I was excited it would be fun with a little work but this is just the opposite...nooooo fun because it's way way too hard to do...and very unfair to not have any gear from any expansion work...
