Awesome, I like that!
Weapons sheathing options is cool and necessary. Some of the things that would excite me and make me want to log on more and play more is:
This is pretty lame for a spell effect. Give me some cool power instead
It's a good thing they acknowledged our wish to choose where to sheath a weapon. However, this is a clumsy and rigid way to implement the idea.
Very nice change, I hope we see this option for more weapons and even better if its just an option of transmog UI.
Hint to Blizzard.Do this to all one handed weapons and you will get lots of approval from the playerbase.Trust me bros. You guys need a win or two this expansion.
called it... not that it was a hard call though
isnt there a 2 handed version aswell or did wowhead just mess that up when they first showed this off before 9.1
Imagine making this option able to all 1h weapons... Ah wait, fun detected, nvm.
IDK why we cant choose to put 1h on back or hip.. They need to change how this is. Hopefully the shoulder xmog was just the start to an overhaul of the transmog system.
Most of the comments are very confusing. All 1h weapons in game, right now in the live retail game, can be put on the back. As only a couple of people have said, MONK does this by default. ANY weapon (other than fists) that a monk equips are put on the back. The ability is there, the code is there, it's just a question of what Activision-Blizzard wants to do.
