I presume this is only for those who were falsely flagged. Every single ban wave they do there are at least a few who got screwed over by mistake.
At least they are admitting their mistake?
They better be giving out the people they banned incorrectly a few weeks worth of gametime.
I assume this is from people who were unwittingly exploiting it, since it doesn't give you a timer on when you can craft it next, like the Alchemy experimentation. If they were just sporadically crafting them while it was still on cooldown rather than figuring out doing something in the game would let them bypass it, it seems fair to overturn those bans.
My ban was overturned as well, but I want to know if the "exploit" has been fixed. I'm not touching another bolt craft until it is.
While I'm glad to see them admitting their mistake, I hope the root of the problem is solved soon.
I think you meant the title to be "Azureweave and Chronocloth Tailoring Bans Being Overturned" and not "Overtuned" but that might also just be an in-joke that the bans were a little excessive (maybe).
Hearing reports of 30 days certainly did sound a little overtuned. Glad they are being overturned :P

This is a step in the right direction and I hope Blizzard continues to finally listen to their community. That being said, whomever is in charge of Customer Service needs to be fired. This is a horrendous oversight. And to add to that--- tickets were put on ignore for two months. For all the wins Dragonflight has had and all the good it's currently doing, mismanaged Customer Service is the last thing Blizzard needs right now. Give us back GMs that answer tickets within 24 hours. Give us back Customer Service chat. That's how you can open the lines of communication and good graces with your audience.
3 comments in before the 1st demand for excessive compensation. Not a new record, for Wowhead, but shows the community have sped up.Incidentally, I've noticed that there are a heck of a lot of people deciding to call people toxic, while their own behaviour is exactly that; on more than a few posts, about pretty much any topic.Last I checked the domain didn't end in /r/wow ...
