I'm so hyped for it! I don't understand why ppl are concerned about undercutting? This will be no different compared to current situation. But haters gonna hate.At least we will have accessible prices instead of overpriced items etc.... from those greedy kids
I think it would be better if they made all pets soulbound, When you learn and cage it you can then put it on the ah, would make it a bit cleaner.
People are worrying of the one camping the auction house i think more than the undercutting. Because to be honest , the price will stay more high than before now that there isn't a need to undercut to sell.
A little sad that the delivery of auction will not be 5 min , it's more useful than wait one hour each time you sell something
Why do we even have to wait 1 hour for the gold from our sold auctions to arrive in our mailbox anyway?
Very excited about changes to the AH, but need to say: it's funcTionality, not funcionality.
Gems and enchants could use better sorting.
nice changes, but having search (... and a column with that info ) for attributes will be a major upgrade in quality of lifeanything like this AH improved
In terms of their recent attention to the AH since the launch of this expansion in general - I think there's a fundamental misunderstanding of why players listed things in small stacks. It's because, when crafting, you may only need one to three more pieces (leather, herbs, cloth) to top of what you already had self-gathered. When I sold in stacks of 1 to 3, it catered to the needs of these players, and this was most prominent early on in an expansions when people weren't powerlevelling through full stacks they couldn't afford, didn't want, and didn't need - because if they did, they'd do that themselves. Taxing us for this behavior was an awful move and caused me to cease using the AH as both a seller and buyer. In that regard, I'm glad the new system will allow people to buy things in whatever stack size they want, regardless of the amount posted by the sellers. I'm sure that was a nightmare to code! But it really does pave a good direction for the future.
I still think 48 hours should be 7 days or heck even 14. I don't think there is a need to have such a short timer on selling things. In fact it should be encouraged with higher cancel fees.
My only dislike with the new AH is it's still so small on a big monitor! Really wish Blizz would overhaul the ui as a whole and make better use of screen space when it's available. Everything's still designed to be the whole screen on a 1024x768 monitor from 15 years ago!
One thing that really concerns me is this last posted, first sold. I do not agree with this at all. To me it should be first in first sold. Blizz is simply encouraging people to camp AH and post items every hour or so to keep them at the "most recently posted" and therefore most likely to be sold. If i have this wrong, please let me know.
