Raidbots (In addition Simulationcraft) need to be more and more exposed to the general community. It's without a doubt mandatory if you want to do decent dps, not high dps, but decent dps. Azerite Trait and now Essences, almost entirely impossible to calculate manually in order to see which one is the best.Ofc you can see guides and they usually told you which one is generally the best, but the guides, atleast the good ones, will always told you to "Sim yourself", as the guides won't know which azerite combinations that you posses. Secondary stats can also sometime change the value of your azerite or talents, (example, Expurgation a ret paladin trait is incredibly powerful with high crit, and might push certain talent to be better). And how do you know them? By simming, ofc. It's how the game is right now, too complicated not in a sense of how hard it is to understand. But complicated in a sense how hard it is to calculate with so many factors in play, that it require a big brain... or a machine to do the calculations for you.
Will raidbot also have setup for classic?
tbh i wish there was a site or simple addon that helps with healers and their stats/gear, cause if you dont go into the class specialised discord/web page (if they have one) you are kind of screwed.
Your guides should push people away from stat weights as per the suggestion of the Raidbots author.https://medium.com/raidbots/beware-of-stat-weights-240769a5323e
Depending on Pawn could be the best thing you could do if you're like a tank. And for other classes it's often enough. But if you're a hunter, Sim. Sim, then sim. Cause they are dependent on a funny juggle of stats where this really needs to be kinda equal with that. And no, don't Ask Mr. Don'tKnow about it. Cause he gives awful advice.
