First Heroic in Northrend second boss killed dropped the Drake mounted crossbow. best luck since i started playing.
Most epic item would have to be Black War Bear. I don't know about Alliance on other servers, but on mine, it's Epic just to get a group together long enough to make it to ONE of the 4 cities, let alone all four. And then to Actually KILL the leader....that's Super Epic!
My most epic item was finally getting, Nesingwary 4000 as I had never had an epic item before that.Luckily, as a miner, I was able to provide many of the materials myself.
Old crafty! I was fishing for hours trying to get him..and then after about 3 hours or so he dropped! It was funny too because he was the 1000th fish id gotten since after achievement patch. 2 achievements in one :D
The most epic drop I got has to be Fiery Warhorse's Reins. I was with a guild that ran Kara every week and we never saw them drop for months. By time they dropped we where on a roll for loot, looting system because we really where only doing Kara for badges at that point. When the Reins dropped The first person rolled a 99 to get them. Everyone thought it was a lost cause to roll, but everyone did anyways. I rolled near the end and wasnt even paying attention untill people started yelling in vent that I was a lucky................. I look down and sure enough I rolled a 100. I was so happy.
I would have to say the most epic fight I have experience was when mu guild was doin Gruuls, we were on HKM and our tank DC-ed with HKM at 30%, we were able to dps him down with out the tank ever losing aggro, kill him without wiping. That was hilarious and awesome. Best WoW experience ever.
Winning the Fishing Extravaganza and getting the Arcanite Pole was a pretty epic moment. I managed to turn the fish in and win seconds before an opposing warlock got there. He was apparently mad enough to attack me in Booty Bay, and being level 45 or so he didn't last long, but it was good for a laugh.
When I hit 80, I immediately started doing heroics and I saved up to 150 badges. I then figured it was time to start getting rid of my 70 items and start gearing for 80 and spec properly. So I bought the Heroes' Frostfire Gloves. I then went to 10-man Wintergrasp raid....and the Heroes' Frostfire Gloves drop again. It was epic LOLs.
