When my rogue was lvl 55, i helped the little brother of a friend o mine trough scarlet monastery armory. He was a hunter and almost lvl 40 so he really wanted the raging berserker helm or herod's spaulder. When we killed Herod the helm dropped. I clicked need, and won the roll. The little guy was incredibely *!@#ed off.He was so mad at me. So to make him a bit more happy, I sold the helm to a vendor and told him:"It only gave me 68silver and 63copper, that's so cheap.. geez..I thought i could've sold it for more."He quit playing World of Warcraft two weeks after that event. When it hink about it, it makes me laugh. That was THE MOST epic drop for me.
Most epic lewt most have been my Judgement Crown from Onyxia.Used to be in a casual guild on Aszune long before TBC, which supplied members to this raiding guild when they where short. Managed to get into a run and down Onyxia twice doing that periode, however - the 2nd time was ment as a "fun run" where no DKP was earned, nor spent.Anyways, so the crown dropped, 7 paladins in the raid, all being in need of it. Couldn't believe my very eyes when i saw the "You won..." that seriosly made the rest of my day :-)

My most epic moment in world of warcraft =Pman there is so many =oBut i i surely remeber when i got the T4 head for mages =PI had farmed Kara every week in about 20 weeks or so ... and im not kidding! It was impossible to get =oBut when i finnaly got it i wispered everyone on my friend list " I'VE GOT IT!"I yelled it out on my job and everyone thought that "He must be crazy" and sence i work on a store i even said it in the microphone so all in the store heard it =PYou might think im crazy =P but i am but when i got it i was really happy =DI even filmed when i bought it and watched it everyday when i came home from work =PThat was my most epic moment in my whole wow history =D
This would be my most epic piece of loot :)
My hunter was my second level 70 character. She was much quicker to gear up than my main though. I crafted her a set of 3 purple epics, bought another epic recipe off the AH to make. I felt pretty good going into kara. In less than a few weeks I had both my t4 helm and gloves, while my main only had the gloves. It didn't take long to get the sonic spear. I also got the trinket from the badge vendor, the cloak from the badge vendor and the trinket from the Brewfest boss and a few other odds and ends. Of all my gear, I'm most proud of the tier 4 helm and gloves, I got them with my guild while having fun every week. That's what the game is all about.
The ‘Hand of Nefarian’ Lok’amir il Romathis mace stands out in my mind as the most ‘epic’ battle to attain. Probably due to all the flexible foundations that had to be poured first. First, getting a consistent, dependable 40-man bi-weekly guild raid together is an epic story in and of itself, taking months/years of growth, nurture, and insanity. Then practicing patient communal support as everyone learned ‘the dance steps and choreography’ needed to down each boss along with the art of bailing each other out when everything goes south, and not killing the one who accidently backed into additional adds. In our approx 50-60 successful ‘Nefarian Nap’ runs in the eight months before BC, only four treasured Lok’amir maces ever dropped…the last one was mine.
My most epic drop ever might have been the Azure Whelpling. Just after the Achivements came out, i tryed to get the explorer title. Someday, i went for Azhara, as ive never been there. When i just ran around and explorede, and then i Big blue guy started to follow me, and i just thought: "What ever" I dismounted and killed it. Then was about to mount up again, but just thought i should loot, ( Was poor ) And then there was a dragon pet. I didnt know it and just thought cool, and went on exploring, then i got back to Orgrimmar, and met my friend and told him about the pet, Then he told me how rare it was, but i couldt belive it, and went inside the action house, and then seached for it. And there it was.. 2500 gold..That was a Epic moment, and my friend still call me: "The lucky guy" :P
My first epic loot was my Polished Ironwood Crossbow. When I saw it I nearly lost it. No one else needed it so I was kinda lucky there. After that I just went around killing anything that moved. Including any little critter that crossed my path.
Myself (UD lock) and a belf pally held the LM in AB the entire time. 5 or 6 allies would try to take it. He kept me alive, I dotted them up. Not so much epic battle but more like epic stupidity on the allies. Why kill me first over him? hahaha... Epic fail allies... epic fail!
