Very fun event overall, I really enjoyed the scavenging aspect of the overturned carts in Northern Barrens. No mention anywhere of a level Req to start the questlines, but it seems to be 90. Also it is said to be a 'limited time event' but given the time it takes to get the Radical Mojo, it seems this will be around for 2 months or more.
Very nice, Perc. Thanks :)
Why no Spirit on any of the Druid, Priest or Shaman gear? Or is there some gear missing?EDIT: Wait - they have Random Enhancements. Can one of those be Spirit, or is it just Haste, Crit etc.Cheers.
That is a great guide. I noticed there is a new reputation available: Darkspear Rebellion. looked on battle.net for players who had finished the questline and noticed they were still at 0/3000 Neutral with this new faction. Any idea how reputation is gained with them (or if it's even possible to earn reputation)?
We'll have more random stat details after we do a datapush today. My guess is that they'll have the same random stats as scenario items, like Brewmoon Shoulderpads (those have a spirit option). The Disowner's Tunic I got on the PTR was "of the Windstorm," which is also a random combo for Forgotten Jerkin.I don't think it's possible to gain reputation with them, I never could on the PTR.
Any news on what the Kor'kron Elites drop?
Kor'kron elites drop a significant amount of all the supplies. I'll update the guide when we finish today's datapush.I think the purpose of this gear was primarily transmog--if you happened to get a useful item, cool, if not, you got a Dungeon 2 (or distinctive quest set) look for transmog. It's not a fast way to gear up by any means with one item per week--you'd be better off running T14 LFR or even getting the crafted stuff made.
hehe- that's a funny comic! I happen to like snakes a lot myself- beautiful animals.
As an alliance player, is there really a good reason for me to participate on this world event? Or is it all horde flavored and not really fun/interesting to us? Thanks in advance for the answers!
The vanity items are pretty cool, if you're into that, and you get a special Hordebreaker title. But the quests are a bit cooler for the Horde.
So when's 5.4?
"They are tap to faction and will scale based on how many players are attacking it."So if the Commanders scale, can they be soloed if you're the only one there? Last night when I was killing them there were 20-40 people usually, so they could get pretty nasty, not sure how they'd look with fewer.
My paladin looks so pretty, <3 Noxychu art!
Oh tnx ...well i'll get the title at least ...by the way, the alliance part of the questline has "Completing this quest on the PTR rewarded the Darkspear Revolutionary title." ...didn't you mean "Hordebreaker title"? :P Thanks again, great guide!
Good catch, the quest section was written back when both Alliance and Horde chains rewarded the Darkspear Revolutionary title. For a brief period after, the Alliance title was renamed to Instigator, and now Hordebreaker :)
Hey, looks like Xan'Tish learned the Sticks to Snakes spell!
