Literally 2-3 days from finding out. All this raging speculation just gets people's hopes too high
Or we could wait 48 hours and find out what the next expansion actually is and what it will entail.
Who cares? Its fun to talk about.
Why not just wait for Blizzcon? :/
Nice piece, thanks for putting it together.
I couldn't imagine only a few races being cross faction. It seems like it would need to be all or none.Being able to choose your faction would be a nice addition to the game. There have always been characters in the storyline who cross to one degree or another. There's a lot that could be done from perks for switching to downsides for betraying your "side."I like it.
Cross-Faction Content, oh my god. this is THIS IS AMAZING!
I can't wait to see it.
Oh boy, get ready for people screaming their lungs out "But it's called World of WARcraft! I only want WAR! It's the core gameplay! War!"To those, who will use the TITLE as an excuse, let me use Garrosh's reply, "Times change."I am hyped for this, even if it could or could not be a thing.
I expect Undercity/Lordaeron to be rebuilt under the new leadership (in the WOWX8 phase). Also, I expect Undead Humans to be a new allied race that co-exists with the original Undead Forsaken.
I can't wait to be able to play Warcraft: Blades on my phone as the next expansion! So glad I managed to get a phone. I felt ashamed when I didn't have one for Diablo, but I'm ready now! ...Hoping it'll still play on my RAZR flip phone!
I'm still betting the remaining heritage armors will be introduced during the "between-expansion" period, during 8.3.5 probably. As for the alliance unrest, I think it's about time that happens to alliance as well. THey believe themselves to be all heroes and honorable and beyond reproach. That's not how Warcraft works. The alliance does have their own problems, there are bad people in the alliance, just like there's good people on the horde.Having the alliance players question their loyalties to their leaders is something that would be awesome for the alliance, that would make them mature as players. I doubt Gen would be happy with the peace with the horde, even if Sylvannas is not there anymore. Some Tyrande, maybe they could start a sort of dissident faction within the alliance. Have Gen question if Anduin, a boy, is fit to rule the destiny of the alliance and have players have to choose whether they are gonna stay loyal to Anduin or to side with Gen for a tentative coup or something. Alliance NEEDs that to mature.
1st) Forsaken is never going to be an "alliance" race, they'll stay as horde2nd) Lordaeron kingdom is gone
Unless theyre getting rid of PvP, cross faction grouping is 100% not gonna happen
I'm of the opinion that the faction line will blur for pve, but not pvp, but to what extent? Alliance races will be allowed to pay for faction changes and stay the same race and vice versa, or new questlines to defect, or the barrier will simply disappear and you'd be able to group up for pve content with the opposite faction? I don't want money to be involved, so my vote is for the last one, but the cynic in me says its only if they have a new service they can give us after faction change becomes less of a thing.
Pandaren is coming next, and it's going to be the best one, waiting for haters.
