This is honestly 'dystopian propaganda' levels of absurd and silly.Who even wrote these, and why is there total cognitive dissonance between these descriptions and the ENTIRETY of WoW lore and past events? To quote a fitting classic in this situation: 'Is this an out of season April Fools joke?'
Good it was about time to have the real horde back..opressed trying to leave in peace and help out. That w1,2 is some classic fanboy that made no sense to begin with.Alternetive rename the horde and split/kick the undead and warmongers into separate faction
Awesome.
Not a fan of the undead one. What happened to beware the living? : /
Sounds like the Undead got updated:“Raised into undeath, the Forsaken have built a bold future out of the ruins of a darkened past.”
tbh I kinda like it. I mean, those lines are pretty accurate now. The undead one that ppl are most upset about seems pretty reasonable to me, like, the undead when taking part in defending azeroth from the legion an other dangers are indeed protecting the living
Some folks act like people, factions, goals, and policies can't change over a couple decades. If you want the "Death to the Living!" and "ZUG ZUG ME ORC ME SMASH!" mentality, Classic does exist. The Horde has evolved like everything else. These new lines don't change who the Horde is. The new lines simply reflect who the Horde has become.
BFA also exists; there was a lot of death to the living there and not just by the Undead.
OK NOW WE ARE NICE ORCS AND GIVE FLOWERS TO CHILDREN ..the undead..help the living ummmmm no..please either change it back or make it more about going into the shadow to help stop sylvanas. From completely ripping azeroth apart because at some point we will need to leave the shadowlands and come back to azeroth..I hope?

I can fix these.Blood ElfYour ancestors used forbidden magic sources as a last resort in a time of great need and were outcast by other elves who did not know suffering. Your people established their own strength and swear revenge on those who wronged you.GoblinUnlike other goblins, your Bilgewater cartel has abandoned neutrality to side with the Horde for the promise of adventure... and profit.OrcEnslaved and brought to this planet, you fought for your freedom... only to be enslaved again by humans and nearly wiped out. You will ensure the humans and their allies do not succeed in their plans to enslave or decimate you again.TaurenHaving seen attempts to wipe out the orcs, trolls and blood elves, you stand with the victims of the Alliance as a force of strength and nature.TrollYour ancestors were corrupted by fonts of magic to become elves, who then tried to exterminate you. The mighty troll empires that predate all other civilizations on Azeroth will not fall so easily.UndeadSlaughtered by crazed humans, you found second life... only to be outcast by your human brethren for your victim-hood and faced extermination a second time. Your new allies in the Horde ensure your survival... for now.
Very interesting reflavor of descriptions, based on historical facts. Although, I think the text itself could be contain more 'epicness' into it, to give players the sensation of a world full of legendary adventures and heroic moments.
