Would have been a great bone to throw engineers.
except it only gives you 3 charges and you have to run back to brackenhide to refill it. So if you're making less than 3 altar of decay patterns a week, you still have to run brackenhide to fill them up. you just wont need to be in brackenhide to craft anything.
I really don't understand why they simply didn't put it in the outdoor version of Brackenhide. This new cauldron sounds overly complicated for nothing.
So to avoid going to Brackenhide Hollow to craft things, you need to go to Brackenhide Hollow to craft a thing which requires you to still go back to Brackenhide Hollow to recharge it on a regular basis?Neat! Silly Blizzard. Why not allow Decayologists to put points into a trait which lets you craft Decay stuff in the outside world?
30K? It probably won't even pay for itself with a craft order. At least on servers with lower population.
Love how you have to spend 30k + rest of materials and ALSO have to travel throught the whole Instance to 1. get this thing made for first time but 2. also have to go through the whole dungeon to make another one when the 3 Charges are gone and again pay all the Materials (okay, without the 30k Cauldron).... so I guess... Lockout-Extention will stay the way to go... I think this only will be a thing for some Quick "In-Raid-Crafts"... For everyting else it will be more worth to get through the Dungeon (especially with Lockout-Extention)
there is something wrong with raid lockouts for brackenhide now. i have been using one for 2 (or more) weeks, but this week the bosses show as "available" when i refresh the lockout. I have 4 other expired dungeons in the lockout list, any of them that i extend on show the bosses as defeated.if this is intentional, then it is now a bigger PITA, even if you get one of these portable ones. my mage alchemist isn't going to solo it. my bear is LW but it's still a bad deal.it takes only a few minutes to fly there and was no problem for me until now
how about instead of saying "just extend the lockout" you start demanding blizzard stop forcing us to do dumb things in order to play their game. Stop excusing mediocrity...this kind of crap is just terrible design.
Nobody noticing that it requires a Dracothyst, that usually costs around 10k gold, to recharge it every time...If i'm not going blackenhide for a 1000 gold tip, i'm neither spending 1/3 of a dracothyst on that, I would lose money instead of earning it.
