So just to summarise Ion's covenant response:There will be more than just the class-specific covenant ability that will affect your player's power. In other words, you will gain more abilities and power through soulbinds and other covenant powers as you progress through the covenant's story. So if you think the class-specific abilities now are controversial, wait until you see the other powers you gain from covenants that affect your player's power.
WAIT NO MASTER LOOTER AND AND AND LESS GEAR DROP WTF ARE YOU JOKING?
All classes are boring to play and he says: ''No more major class changes'' I just hope they remove the pvp talents and put as normal talents, because my hype just went down after this interview, bfa 2.0 we have visits
Where's the vod? I couldn't care less about the stream.
simply fix to Mythic plus daily and weekly Valor caps. Use valor to purchase gear from vendor. Increase gear level for every key break point you reach.Boom Done
There are quiet a few reasons for it not being in the gameninja lootingplayers gearing friendsplayers who participate should have an equal shot at getting a piece of lootmore variety of loot can drop, making it easier to gear others if they don't need something.Personal loot is miles ahead better.
2h enhancement pleaaasseee I didn't realise I needed it back untill Classic wow. YOU DID THIS TO ME
- If all else fails, they can give up and let players swap whenever you want. Please keep it as it is, I love that people will have to make a choice.
Can I ask:What is this sudden obsession with simming? There are no simming in classic WoW currently. There was no level of min/maxing in Vanilla. No simming in BC.No simming in Wrath. No simming in Cata.No simming in MoP.No simming in WoD..Legion/BFA comes aroundEVERYBODY SIM YOUR CHARACTER!Yes, I am aware simming existed back in BC, but no one said: "Oh I'm not choosing Aldor because Scyer is better."No one said in Wrath: "I am not doing that content because the rep reward isn't good enough"No one said in Cata: "I'm not playing Shadow Priest because they do too little damage"No one said in MoP/WoD that they are only playing a certain spec because it's the best - no one does that. The point I'm making, this is all pointless. Futile. All of this min maxing did not exist in earlier expansions - only ever since Legion introduced Artifact power, and people started simming with their Artifacts. This is now on a new ridiculous level.Simming is completely unnecessary that is not needed. Why has this changed all of a sudden. To further that:- Who cares if you do 5% less damage as a Warrior than someone else- Where do we end? Oh I'm not playing Paladin because Warrior does 15% more damage than my class.- I'm not playing Warlock because Mage does more than my Warlock. At the end of the day:- When you do a normal raids, the extra 5% damage from a spell WILL NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE in you completing that content.- If you wipe in a normal raid, you are going to wipe REGARDLESS of whether you have 5% extra damage from a covenant ability.- If you wipe in a heroic raid, same thing. The only time it makes a difference is for mythic raiding - and everyone here is not a mythic raider. I do not understand the appeal. If you are saying that having 3 choices:- Covenant Ability 1 does 100k single target- Ability 2 does 90k single target- ability 3 does 95k single targetAre you seriously suggesting you will ignore the other 2 covenants because you will do another 10k damage on the target? Is that the society we are in today? That is ridiculous. The only exception to this is if the abilities are vastly overtuned, such as one ability doing 1m, and the other 3 doing 50/75k. But that is not going to be the case. The abilities are going to be finely tuned so the difference will be close to each other. I don't get how another 10% damage from another covenant (doing another 10k damage) makes any difference in your choice.Blizzard should not accommodate this because all of a sudden the whole community is now hardcore and wants to min/max every single point of dps.
