yes lots of hotfixes... but finally shaman healing get buffed =D thats one hotfix i'll take :) tyvm sir, may i have another
I think they (Blizzard) need to carefully consider these hotfixes - while yes, it's great if something super ridiculous is fixed instantly, for the most part, hotfixes are either fixing just dumb, no foresight mistakes on their part *or* nerfing/buffing/fiddling with their never ending quest regarding balances.Sure, I don't think that anything that makes one class seriously OP should be left for a month but consider:a) thinking about things before implementing them in the first place and b) by buggering about with classes (especially continuously), you're causing people to become wary of the game itself.I'm playing Rift beta atm and we all know beta's are full of hotfixes - it's to be expected. However, some of the common themes in chat is that people are looking away from WoW because they think the game has now become unstable - unstable in the sense of they don't know whether they are Arthur or Martha. Many seem to feel that, while they love the game, they just don't know where they stand with it anymore.I've not yet raided in Cata (long story) but I can appreciate that, as the guys mentioned, you're in a raid, RBG and suddenly... ooooo hotfix.... ooo another one..... and the level of certainty you had in yourself and your ability to perform has just *poof* gone out the window.I can see why so many people seem to be almost hanging back from getting full on into raiding atm (well at least in my circles). Fluid states are not good for a business that relies on people's perceptions of stability and trust in the game and it's design.
