This nerf is necessary unfortunately - previously if one person made one mistake then the entire raid wiped. That belongs on mythic difficulty if at all, certainly not heroic difficulty. Tuning this entire expansion has felt way off - they need to go back to what they were doing in BFA.
Finally. Boss was pain with 10 players.

All these nerfs are starting to get ridiculous. I'm hoping this isn't how it's going to be from now on and they can get the tuning right BEFORE the raid is released, because otherwise it feels like why bother raiding when you can just wait 2 months.

This was necessary. This raid, and this boss in particular, scaled horribly for smaller guilds. It was pretty much impossible for a 10 man guild.
