Forbes has

with lead game designer Morgan Day about the upcoming Mythic+ Season and Mythic Dungeon International.

We've summarized some important points from the interview, but make sure to read the full interview on
Forbes' website

Reaping Affix, click here!
.
They haven't adjusted the
Fortified and Teeming
combination but a lot of that was due to Infested. With Infested going away in a week to
Reaping
, the problems will hopefully fix themselves.
Reaping
zombies are NOT affected by Fortified itself
, but the health of the zombies is affected by the health of the creature that dies, so the zombies will get have more health on
Fortified
weeks. The zombies will not deal extra damage from the Fortified modifier.
Wowhead Note: Bwonzombies appear to not be affected by any affixes other than the affixes which affect the health of the mob that it spawned from:
Bolstering
,
Fortified
. No sanguine, no explosive, no fortified, etc.
There are no plans to make adjustments to lowering keys or rerolling dungeons. The approach for trying to resolve the "rerolling keys" feedback is to look for dungeons that people feel are overtuned and bring those more in line.
Part of the fun of Mythic+ is figuring out what dungeon you want to run and finding out what keystones your group has. If your group all gets stuck on the same keystone, you can look outside your group but if it's stuck on a dungeon that feels unfair, that is probably more of a dungeon tuning problem.
From Legion, they learned that "ramping damage mechanics" need a soft cap or else the fight becomes nearly impossible on Tyrannical
Wowhead Note: An example would be
L'ura
from Seat of the Triumvirate with her
Growing Darkness
mechanic.
They want all 10 Battle for Azeroth dungeons to feel like unique experiences week after week and that's why they have the affix rotation to try to make the different dungeons feel interesting every week. There's a degree of variance that they think is healthy and sometimes a specific week of affixes is more difficult. They'll bring down the outlier affix combinations but like the variance from affixes every week.
When players feel that they can get a really high keystone with a specific affix combination, then they drop down too far in the following week, that's when Blizzard feels like they should step in and adjust something.

"Maybe you all get stuck with the same keystones, there's the option to look outside your group"
Translation: dump a friend and boost a pug, because he has "the keystone".
When will Blizzard remember that MMOs are best when played with friends instead of trying to constantly erode communities and social bonds while promoting world of pugcraft.
Just look how many improvements and tools were made with pugs in mind and their needs, and how little was made to improve social tools like the completely broken since Cata guild finder.

Rewards from 10+ to 18+ would really motivate me push M+ even harder. Wake up blizz, put rewards for M+ players.
I thought the end of match rewards got more plentiful? I appreciate the weekly rewards are the bigger item level though.

Huh... nothing about class disparity at the MDI.
At that level of play there will ALWAYS be classes that stand out, even if things were almost perfectly balanced. Whether the top teams are using it says nothing to whether a particular class or spec is perfectly capable of doing a +12 in the time when played well, just that something else is at least ever so slightly better at it. I'm not saying things are perfectly balanced, or that all specs or classes are viable, I am sure there are plenty that are not - but there being lots of one class in a high level competition doesn't have any bearing on the question of balance.
