Some very nice art!
Poor Zandalari don't get any love? I'd really love some Bwonsamdi-themed skins. Maybe some exposed bones or even a skull face
reading all these comments, didn't think i would cringe myself to death
Those Velf eyes are beautiful. The artists could have a lot of fun with race corrupted by the void, like the Naga, but all we got were more purple elves.
The multiple levels of ignorance in this comment section are killing me.Alliance fanboys gotta chill out and let blood elves (WHICH ARE HIGH ELVES) have what is rightfully theirs. They no longer depend on the fel to survive, the Sunwell is restored, and just as there's now golden eyes from being infused by the power of the Light, so there can be other eye colors (INCLUDING BLUE, and yes, turquoise is a tone of blue, so don't play that card on me.) for users of arcane magic, which they have always been.It is only logical. People need to grow up and stop crying over what one faction gets and the other doesn't.You wanna play a high elf? Play a blood elf with their new option, they have always been the same race.Furthermore, the option that was shown to Ion was incredibly early datamining and it was largely unfinished, and, surprise surprise, Hazzikostas does not know EVERYTHING that every team is working on at all times, what he says is not set in stone, and in the past the game has already taken turns which went against what he said multiple times. TL;DR: look beyond your faction pride tears and learn.I remind you the lead of the lore team is entirely on board with all the options they've prepared.
Void Elves don't need Blood Elves skin tones. They are Void Elves. If they want to play their fantasy elves they were added in TBC. I see one post removed for "Starting fights, trolling" Yeah, what did you think was going to happen, WoWhead. Does Keemstar work here? Because this feels like bait for fighting.
That golden brown Lightforged tint is spectacular. I want one!
Most of these are pretty nice, especially like the void elf with human-y skin tone but purple limbs. Not so sure about the purple Lightforged / non-gold or white Lightforged eyes though, ngl. I get people want more variation but I don't see the appeal in making them just look like "normal" Draenei.
Faction rivalry/loyalty is cringy as !@#$ and this comment section proves it. If you played wc3, you know that blood elves = high elves, you should not forget why they are called "Blood" elves. They represent the core of high elven culture and live in the capital of... high elves. The number of high elves is very small out there, those who werent in Quel'thalas at the time suffered from magic addiction, like Vereesa. But they are the same. You really want blizzard to just copy-paste Blood elves, give them to alliance and call it a day? We dont need to dilute racial identity. Might as well put humans on horde, just faction "human-traitor". What they should do is just loosen faction restrictions (allowing players to play with whomever they want), that's most important, then allow neutral races.
I really like the void elf one on the very far right, it looks like it is slowly getting consumed by the void, it looks pretty rad!
This post was from a user who has deleted their account.
You know what they should do?Put blood elf as neutral,if you're alliance you have blue eyes and you're called a high elf,if you're horde green(or gold) eyes with the usual nameIt would be the best decision imho,I know they don't like the neutral races concept but it's the best thing they could do as they don't want to add another race that is you know blood elf with blue eyes, edit the current one simple as that
God, I think I'd give a limb if it meant I could get the slitted-pupil eyes on my Shadow VE.
Blizzard, hire this artist. Right now.
I love those void elf eye customization ideas... Give me burning N'Zoth eyes for my velf, please Blizzard!
