I'm calling both a Galakrond raid and a Murozond raid, but I don't know in what order. Maybe the infinite dragonflight tries to go back in time and stop Galakrond dying. Maybe Galakrond gets resurrected somehow and then we fight the infinite dragonflight for unrelated reasons, maybe leading into more old gods stuff in the next expansion.
I prefer this method. Let the plot unravel, plant seeds. Have some mystery. Don't hit us with the big bad in the intro experience.
I'm hoping some demons not from the Burning Legion, but from something far more hellish and far more demonic, akin to the Diablo demons, and just as ferocious.
Galakrond and Chromatus are the only major dragon bosses left that did not appear in WoW, everything else is either reused or it would have to be a no-named and empty character like argus the unmaker which is even worse
Oh Wowhead how you forget how Blizz has no ideas and just copys !@#$ theyve seen or done before. The comparison to Pandaria is massive and like Pandaria the bad guy is the invaders not the residents - sure 10.0 will be dealing with existing threats to dragons but the bad guy is most likely Turalyon after a short alliance with the Infinite Dragonflight that brings in his support from Draenor - Yrel and her army.My Predictions for Patch Bosses:10.0 - Djaradin Leader (with ties to the Infinite)10.1 - Murozond10.2 - Turalyon
If I recall this correctly, didn’t one of the voices Alleria hear was unfamiliar and she or someone else spoke about “ other voices have joined the chorus “ or some jazz like that ? They did attack the Sunwell fairly recently and surely they will be sneaking around this current expansion given all the corrupting and a prime opportunity now that these 5 torches (possibly could be the dragon flights) are lit once again .
Am I the only one who's bothered about how suddenly the green dragonflight is associated with healing power? I know that healing powers are usually green but in terms of dragonflights it's strongly tied to red.
Who is ready for a Neltharion retribution arc! LmaoThey did hint at Wrathion a possible other black dragon flight leader: a black dragon civil war between Wrathion followers and Ebonhorn followers would be interesting.Chromatus would be an ok raid boss but been there with Helya’s dogs, just add a couple heads. Really hoping for Murozond and a brain melting timey wimey ending. The options for bossfights would be “endless” on so many levels. Bosses from our timeline revisited, bosses from other timelines, etc.I really have bitter feelings about Turalyon as a baddie. He was Anduin Lothar’s right hand man and his statue sits outside Stormwind because of his sacrifices for the Alliance and Azeroth. He and Bolvar coming back into the fold provide the Alliance with rich leadership that mopey kid Anduin could really learn from. Like Zovaal said, the forces of the universe need to get along and Turalyon and Alleria are the blueprint.
All the Old Gods, teamed up.
I'm really hoping for a return of "Chromatus" i think that would be a cool appearance.
I think we will definitely see Galakrond, Twilight Dragons, and the Infinite Dragons in the expansion but I doubt they'll be the end game boss. It might be an Old God, originally there was suppose to have been 5 of them way back in the early days of the game and we knew of three. Then MoP came out to reveal a 4th one but there was no further mention of a 5th by the developers. Then BfA revealed a 5th but this one wasn't among the original that arrived on Azeroth, it was a freak experiment of the Titans so it really doesn't count as a 5th Old God.So if the developers remember the original storytelling of a 5th Old God, then that might appear as an end game boss. Frankly I hope not. Kinda Old Godded out. I doubt the others will return. They're defeated/weakened and will be spending the time to recuperate. Though N'zoth might actually be destroyed. We know they can be destroyed. Y'saarj is proof of that. But it takes a Titan's power to do it.I would like to see the return of the Elemental Lords though. They are supposedly the source of the proto-drakes. Not Ragnaros or his successor. Maybe an Earth Elemental? Therazane? Be great if all the Elemental Lords turned against the dragons and mortals to return to Azeroth's material plane. They have essentially been imprisoned to their elemental planes since before the Dragonflights existed thanks to the Titans. I imagine they will want to come back to Azeroth. This expansion will be Cata 2.0 for sure then.
maybe its galakrond.
Gosh do I hope that they leave Nozdormu alone. I do not want him being Murozond again. Just... come up with something else, okay.
Something that was added in 8.3.0, I believe? Twilight WhelplingDuring Battle for Azeroth, these little whelplings appeared around Grim Batol. When you look at the flavor text of the battle pets, this cryptic message is written. "A re-emergence of whelps outside of Grim Batol has the red dragonflight worried -- something is happening in the lost city."It seems to me that the Twilights are on the rise again in Grim Batol. Which suggests perhaps a Broodmother in secret under the city, and perhaps the reemergence of the Twilight Hammer. (Yeah, that death cult trying to bring about the end time). Blizzard have stated that old enemies will reappear, and the cultists could be one of them. Perhaps there's another Twilight Father? Which could not only lead to the freeing of Chromatus, but if the bones of Galakrond were removed in a recent patch, as players reported, seems possible that the twilight's hammer have been excavating them, and attempting to resurrect Galakrond... We may have to defeat the Twilight father, AND/OR Chromatus to foil the attempted resurrection. ALSO, if they manage to bring about the end time, well, we may see the rise of the Infinites, and perhaps the origins of Murazond. Just some theories I wanted to put out there. The red dragonflight are admittedly a bit concerned about what's happening inside the place. Interesting stuff, I thought.
Hey! Yo! I mean, really, y'all, Come on! It has to be Salandria, right? Right?I say she's gonna figure out Galakrond got so big and powerful consuming other dragons, and she's gonna try it herself.
