Hmm, I think I'll look into this!Edit: Nevermind, seems that its for windows users only D:Maybe next time!
Uhhh... that sounds like a gimmick. "Oooo, you can hear them in one ear instead of both!" Sorry, vent will still be king because it has good quality.
TS3 has 3D sound too :) Still won't get me to use in-game voice, losing all communication with friends when the game disconnects or crashes sucks.

Anybody want to test this some day? I'd like to try it out with Wowhead before recommending it (or not) to the guild.
ill test this this you argent it dose seem really interesting
Too bad my Mic broke. But, I'm game to help listen o:
Hell I'd use it just because it's not black text on a blinding white background
If this has a simple method for displaying who is talking in game that looks better and is less intrusive then Vent's method, I call it winner.I'm also willing to test. I can download this when I get home around 4 if need be.
Sweet...my username is DrBob3002 if anyone wants to add me on there. The UI looks nice, I hope it performs well.
You should try Mumble as well.+ It's opensource+ It supports the "3D" sound+ Denoising!+ Normalizes sound (no more "can you please turn the volume of your microphone a bit lower please")+ Text-to-speech support+ The client, Mumble, runs on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.+ The server component, Murmur, should run on anything you can compile Qt 4 on. (static compiled binary available for Linux)The big disadvantage is that the last time I checked it, it was a bit hard to setup for the first time, but I haven't tried the 1.2 alpha yet, maybe it got improved.
Username is Apakal if anyone wants to test this.
