Good.
The few (boosters in this case) always spoil it for the rest.
Should help the low level selling. I guess it doesnt really matter if you're supposed to just level in zones or use the dungeon finder. If you need a group surely you'd just invite people who are near you in said zone?
This only hurts legit players and does nothing to botters/sellers/boosters etc...
If they want to prevent boosting services they could start with banning the boosters.
dumb change
Instead of just hiring 3 guy to keep a lookout on group finders and instant mute people that advertise... they just make it annoying for majority of the playerbase.Like really, is it really that hard of a job to get someone to do?You open group finder, you see that WTS or "Go to my twitch channel for invite" and that BAM. SHOOT. Mute, repeat offender? Ban.
I feel like there will be an addon within a few weeks of release to support this. That being said, the 1-50 leveling experience is not all that crazy of a goal, though I obviously see the issues with this, such as making Herald harder.
Good, gooood
Man, is it so hard to ban or mute boosters?
Wait. This is the feature that lets you get non-raid, non-dungeon, non-pvp, totally general groups, right? Wow.
This doesn't fix the problem and give low level characters a penalty because the tool is useful for low level characters too.Maybe this stop spammers from sell carries from now but doesn't solve the problem.I hope this change give some time to blizz address the problem in a proper way.
yay bye bye boosters spammers and sellers
Yea this really penalizes you for that 8 playing hours it will take from 1-50.
I don't understand all the "this is good" posters lmao. If the issue is removing spam so you can use the group finder again, removing the group finder altogether doesn't help this at all lol. People will praise Blizzard for ANYTHING
it has absolutely nothing to do with boosters. low lvl characters don't have access to raid/bfa dungeons groups
Now if they could crack down on advertisement groups or give them their own tab. I report at least 15-20 of them every time I want to do a M+ so I can declutter and see real groups.
