It’s not really a fair article. They aren’t filing charges. They’ve made a complaint. The CWA can’t charge companies. This is clickbait at best. Also, if you abuse people you deserve to get fired. Workers deserve protection from the bosses but you can’t abuse them either.

Well it doesn't really matter if trumps administration changed worker rights or notIf i would expressed my outrage using strong languagehe would also give me the boot since the trust relationship would have been damaged depending on how strong language it was.So if you really piss off your boss and tell him to go fund himself well ofc i get fired for that regardless where i work and in what countryi am for more rights for workers but as far as i can see that they fighting the wrong battle here that could cost them sympathy
Some of those comments are stupid. In my field, remote work is one of the reasons we apply to jobs. Also we dont even stay that long if we work from company offices. We've had quite a few boycotts when companies tried to do that sh!t. And good for us! As for the rest of you, just because you are miserable at your job doesnt mean we need to be miserable too. Keep up the hate, but any company that ends remote work loses a significant portion of their employees.

How is there not a defense for the Workers in these comments? I am alarmed! WFH being cancelled and then blizzard firing the employees who criticize it is not cool. You should be able to publicly %^&* on your company for making bad decisions without worrying about getting fired. Strong language? Worker's rights are important - and firing someone for speaking back about a company decision is ridiculous. Fire people for sexually harassing workers - oh wait...
