Hah. I love these vids. Totally agree with him on most things.

Due to the wall of text, I'm gonna break it down a bit. (no offense)
Thanks Daranell for that message! Now I know what to do :D
SWEET MOTHER OF FAILURE!And Nukedoom.. you "Always" Have to listen to the players, the structure of the game is "Based" off them, removing that would cause it to collapse, as the video demonstrated perfectly.
Haha, watch out for Square Enix's assassins, Mike.
I don't do PVP but even I can tell that just increasing the honor isn't going to fix the systemic problem with Tol Barad. What is going to do is get people to work together for more Honor...
For those, like me, for whom the embedded video doesn’t work, here’s a link to the Blip.tv page for the video where you can choose non-Flash formats:http://bffreport.blip.tv/file/4572154
Right, so I'm a little confused after watching this. For one, I haven't played star trek online, but it didn' tlook that bad. Maybe a little glitchy/confusing, but what was so bad about it?Secondly, HOW IN GODS NAME COULD SOMEONE BE THAT FRIGGEN DENSE I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY COULD MAKE A GAME AS BAD AS FFXIV IT IS ABSOLUTELY MINDBOGGLING THAT THEY COULD SCREW UP A GAME THAT BADLY OH AND I HEARD CAPS LOCK MAKES EVERYTHING SOUND SMARTERThirdly, how hard is it to read a couple pages of feedback from betatesters? Why would you launch a game when you have so much negative feedback? There seems to be no reason other than mayb ea conversation like this.Lead game developer:The game isn't done, not even close. As of right now, the feedback we're getting from the beta testers indicates this game is going to flop.CEO who knows nothing about game developement:You guys have had YEARS to finish this game! I don't care, just launch the damn thing or you're fired!Lead game developer: Righteo mate. Have fun going under! In this case, I'd say that I'm glad the game is so #$%^tastic. Tetrally, (Quatrally?) Why would you not put a jump in a game? I mean, sure it may not be necessary, but then again, the game itsself isn't necessary. Everyone wants to be the next blizzard, but apparently nobody wants common sense like blizzard. People need *!@# to do instead of holding down one key for 20 minutes and staring at copypasta. (I'm looking at you, FFXIV.)It seems that every game company's staff simultaneously lost 60 IQ points right before beta testing.
@tuckmuckI honestly believe, in the case of SE and FFXIV, that the reason it flopped was because the director appeared to be so jaded with his project.Maybe it was because of the fiercely loyal FF fans that they thought they could market an unpolished game. It might have worked had they not released a game not too long before with a glaring fault.
