I don't think resto shaman had such a dramatic dps output that he needed a 10.8% nerf on one of his 2 main damaging abilities while we have a spec like Holy paladin who has almost double+ dps from most other healers and will be a monster healer from the looks of it right now as the expansion goes on unless blizz decides to throw the nerf hammer on him as well. Also there are other healing specs who suffer at the moment in regards of dps so why not buff MW and resto druid dps to bring it in line with Resto shaman who apparently does so much damage according to Blizzard that needs a nerf but he is still ways under Hpala and Disc priest?Blizzard needs to understand that most healers would prefer to see buffs on the under performing healer classes rather than nerfs on classes that they might not even play or even do play. If I am a MW I wouldn't care as much about a nerf on pala/disc/sham rather than a buff on my class that will make it a more viable and rewarding option to play with. Nerfing the classes that perform better to bring them more in line with classes that do not will only make the life of us who play worse rather than solve any actual problem. Just buff classes that under perform and bring them in line with the better ones!Best of luck to my fellow healers out there and I hope none of us will get hit with the nerf hammer regardless of the class we play!
The Divine Hymn buff is great and certainly makes Holy Priest a more considerable pick for raids, however I fear it's not enough.Divine Hymn is already one of if not the strongest raid healing cool downs in the game and combined with Holy Word: Salvation, Holy Priest is easily capable of solo healing an entire raid over a extended period of heavy raid wide damage like no other class can. Yet, despite this Holy Priest still finds itself underperforming because it's tool kit isn't nearly as useful as other healers like Shaman and Disc, and it currently really lacks a decent, mana efficient filler spell. Flash Concentration kind of fixes the filler spell issue, but it also brings it's own issues so it will be interesting to see how the buff to Flash Concentration improves it's usage. They need to buff Binding Heal back to a similar state it was in early BFA so it's worth using again, buffing Binding Heal would help so many of the issues Holy Priest is currently facing.
Rather like that change to Flagellation. There were so many times I misgauged the global cooldown and didn't hit Flagellation in time to get the haste buff. Now it's just a matter of timing the initial Flagellation and busting CPs till the very last tick.
Resto Shaman is meant to be a healer like MW not like hybrid healer as disc or hpal so don't look at your dps perspective at all. Shaman is not meant to be a dps-healer and I am saying that you as a R1 DPS-Healer in BFAxd
Elemental changes are fine, except for that massive EoGS nerf, why even use the lego anymore? Also Serioza jeigu skaitai sita tai tu mentas.

Im on the ptr so I grind valor points via callings but I still need to do mythics? I dont understand how this works..will I need one mythic piece first then do callings to upgrade?
Insane prot warr buff, reprisal is so good now
Survival Hunter? what is that? does that exist?Looks not.
Thank god they buffed arms warrior, they felt so weak, can you guys even believe they let the warriors kill you in more than 2 gcds? I think they should also buff rets, because templars verdict only deals 35k, thats sometimes not enough to kill someone, they have to hit you 2 times(i know, ugh, so long). WW monks are also almost unplayable with ONLY 2 charges on their storm earth and fire, they should reduce its cd to like 20 seconds, and give them more rolls, they are literal wheelchair... And oh my god, arcane mages, those should be nerfed into the ground. the 4,5k max charged crit arcane barrages are insane.
