RIP hunters.
RET is gonna be dog water
Nice, more nerfs to Ret, and I was thinking about coming back for the next patch...
Hope we see some Arcane changes before the end of the PTR cycle. We could really use some help with our ramp times and damage outside of burst.
WHERE ARE THE #$%^ING WINDWALKER ST BUFFS HELLO BLIZZARD
Can someone explain to me what exactly is going on with the auras for ele sham?
*Nerfs Prot Paladin**Doesn’t touch Prot Warrior or Blood DK*
I read hate comments on Wowhead often and chuckle. However, coming back to this game after 3 years because of how fun Spriests feels in its current form, to see they're reworking it sucked. Then I read the first patch notes and I was relieved because Searless is a lot of fun and that appears to be the direction they're taking shadow. These second patch notes however seem pretty questionable. Flooring the damage of shadow crash just to reduce the CD by 10 seconds is a very very lazy half-answer to the current biggest complaint of Spriests on the ptr.We don't play in a game any more that can accept individually dotting mobs in M+. Especially with the removal OS Mindsear which I'm happy to see go.I'll hold my judgment a little. Skyrocketing the damage of DP will speed us up maybe, but shadow in its current ptr form seems immensely slow to build up which will cripple it in M+.Positive notes... That Disc change is amazing if it goes live. The changes to Screams of the Void is awesome as well.
goodbye spriest
good lord... at this rate, methinks someone at Blizz just accidentally pressed the delete button while working on Surv hunters, and just don't want to say anything yet. i'd really just like to see a "we're satisfied with the state of Survival hunters", or "we have some plans for them down the line, in a later patch", but i'm sure other people have stronger opinions about the state Surv is in.(and if they actually have said it, not in passing like another post i've noticed, feel free to link it to me. fansites should really up their game for searchability, it sucks to miss a few days of updates and can't find the ones you're interested in)
What is this huge nerf for prot pal for though? you added new strong but boring talent point in class tree, in exchange of this dumb nerf? No one likes spending points on boring passives especially when they arent increasing anything, just are added to increase power to previous state?
Yeah rip ret . Was mega excited for new class changes and played in both big change rotations on ptr . And now its ruined . Why try to make Templar Strikes so much more viable than Crusading strikes ? It isn't fun to play imo , some other people will argue that they like it and that's fine . But for me it just ain't it chief . GL . Honestly patch 10.07 and 10.1 are dead to me . No meaningful changes to classes I play . Also rip prot paladin . Completely unwarranted nerf to their tanking potential when they weren't taken to high content anyways .
What's with all the forced talents, like the current tier sets force light's hammer for holy, and then the proposed change for avenging crusader will force that over avenging wrath due to how broken that's going to be.
Holy !@#$ that Avenging Crusader buff! Why would anyone pick that other one? This is what we wanted. We still want other holy paladin changes, but it's nice to feel heard on this one issue.
Prot paladins just lost 2 talent points in the class tree because of the Aura nerf. What is the point of these talent points if your just gonna nerf the spec to compensate for it. The talent points don't even make up for the lost armor and hp.
