Blizzard has pushed hotfixes to the Shadowlands PTR which includes the removal of the damage component to Hunter's Mark and additional Shadow Priest changes.
This diff compares the current PTR build to the last Shadowlands PTR build and some of these changes will have already been seen in the last
Shadowlands Beta Build

Apply Hunter's Mark to the target, increasing all damage you deal to the marked target by 5%. The target cancausing the target to always be seen and tracked by the Hunter.
Only one Hunter's Mark can be applied at a time.
The cooldown of Hunter's Mark is reset if the target dies.

Revive Pet
Revives your pet, returning it to life with 100% of its base health.

Void Bolt cast on vulnerable targets will also extend the duration of your Void Form by 1 sec. If your Void Bolt critically hits, your Void Form is extended by 1 sec.2 sec.

Sludgefist marks two players and after 6 sec shackles them together. The chains inflict 2 Physical damage to both players every 2 sec for 50 sec.until cancelled.
Moving 10 yards apart shatters the chain.
Change of Heart
Inflicts up to 24746 Shadow damage to all enemies. Targets that are further away from the epicenter suffer less damage.

If the soul reaches Altimor, he gains Devour Soul for 1 min.30 sec.
Razorshard Ice
Covers an area with sharp crystals of ice for up to 2.5 minuntil cancelled. Standing in the area inflicts 2197 Frost damage and reduces movement speed by 25%.

Reclaiming your soul increases your damage dealt by 30% for 30 sec.1 min.
Rip Soul
Bargast rips out the soul of a player, inflicting 41243 Shadow damage and causing a soul to appear that drifts toward Altimor until it is healed to full.
The soul's starting health percentage is equal to the health percentage of the player after being struck by Rip Soul.
If the soul reaches Altimor, he gains Devour Soul for 1 min.30 sec.

Upon reaching 100 energy, Denathrius creates an image of himself that mimics his most powerful abilities.
