So Kyrian is still the main choice for nearly everything? That's kind of disappointing.
Because they don't care unlike all the people simming everything and anything, it's exhausting man. The devs have made some really cool stuff and if they made it all the same then all the people vomitting out their behinds would be saying "it's borrrringgggg, this sucksssssss gEe gEe BLizZ uNsUbBiNg." No one cares, except for the people making a deal out of everything. Enjoy your time doing whatever and make your own magic guys, while also NOT taking a dump in someone else's experience. This community over anything else needs to improve man.
Great article. Thanks Wowhead and to all the writers. Now I don't need to rip my hair out when its time to select a covenant.Blizzard really needs to just give in to fact that players are just going to choose what the best is (cookie cutter build). No matter what ever they try, players are going to just search for information provided by top players/theory crafters. So Blizzard needs to cut it with restricting people from changing covenants.
Yea this is stupid. I will be picking based on tmogs.
Can't wait for the meta to change every few weeks or patch..... Wish they would just ditch this whole idea nothing is wrong with locking in for story/mogs/mounts/pets but power should be a no no.... If they wanted to give us power should have been a talent row or if they must have borrowed power a relic slot that lets you pick / upgrade a power over time (that is not spec specific so level 100 on dps spec, your be able to choose a level 100 power for offspec and will change with spec auto essence style selection also so no need to regrind it.)This is just systems for the sake of systems. I get that they need to make the game look like its changing with new systems to shareholders but yeah..... this clearly sucks and will likely backfire and result in some kneejerk fixs throughout shadowlands and be looked on as a failure. Who is this even for other than shareholders anyway? Its even locking story behind walls so you NEED to have alts to see it. (was a complaint in BFA also with alliance/horde levelling exp) Maybe total casuals will see it all in full, maybe the very hardcore will also due to no choice so not like even matters. For everyone else with 1-2 toons casually playing, doing odd raid or m+ this will also create the same issue in BFA with content locked away and never seen.
just yesterday you guys posted an article about wowhead not doing any tier lists because it's too early, but now there is a best covenants for all classes tier list? meh
Surprised to see how many people like the system. They 1. Say they gonna choose what they like by tmog, lore, etc.2. They blame Wowhead for publishing what is good for dps.So basically they like system, but don't want everybody to know what is good or not, cause they afraid to be declined or benched because of non-optimal covenant. Well it is weird, but it is on them. But if you actually don't like the system, and want it to be improved, wowhead is doing great things, by showing that its current state is broken.
My apologies if it has already been shown or said, but is there a place where we can see the differences between the covenants in terms of dps? Because right now, we can just see that one covenant is titled as the "best" while the rest is forgotten. Personally, if the difference is very small (0.1%-1% at most), then I'll absolutely go for my favourite, but if the gap is bigger, then things are different.
There's no way in hell I'm going Kyrian on my Druid. Just not happening...I don't care if it's better or not.
6 pages later on a performance guide still see people saying they don’t care. Then why read the guide. Seems like folks are on here trying to virtue signal and talk themselves into making the choice that they are. Enjoy the bfa caster treatment in m+ and the enh shaman/ww monk treatment for raid.
