I honestly love how obviously hypocritical Sony is being on this. You talk about cod exclusivity which is a lie, while literally paying developers to only release on sony. Let's not even mention square Enix and the final fantasy series being exclusive to Playstation. Sony realistically just needs to shut up and sign the deal before they look any more incompetent.I honestly hope this goes through, Activision blizzard is a horribly ran company smashing its creative developers into dust. Microsoft would do a hell of alot of good not only for the games but its employees aswell.
Hold on Iโm so confused. Does that mean if Microsoft does merge with Blizzard, then WoW will be put on consoles lol imagine scrolling through your spells on a controller ๐๐ that would be so stupid.
That's a good news! :)
UK and US lawsuits are dead on arrival. The UK lawsuit and the grounds upon which they base themselves have been entirely refuted by the EU's ground of approving it, it states that Microsoft cannot have a monopoly status in gaming when Sony sells 4 games per one Microsoft game in the EU region (this also opens a likely lawsuit against Sony further down the line). The US lawsuit will get tossed out fairly quickly because they suspect FTC is biased against Microsoft because Microsoft has completely made them their pigeon in every lawsuit they tried to bring against them, completely exposing the amazing incompetence of the FTC. It's likely these lawsuits will be concluded by the end of this year or early next year.
China Approves, the world is saved, we can all rest easy, the war in Ukraine will now end Putin will capitulate and we will now advance society by 500 years!Oh and we will find the cure for cancer!
Yikes seeing Wowhead openly shill for this merger is actually just weird. This will not be better for gamers or current players of Blizzard games. Would like to see some nuance to these articles rather than bare-faced support for what could be possibly a massive hike in the WoW sub price.
Imagine living in a world where daddy government needs to approve a company merger, lmoa
