One step forward, 3 steps backward. SMH my head Blizz
Oh wow. Sounds like an odd change... Maybe this is some sort of preventive change to make Thorgast more difficult?
I think this is a good change. AOE pulling is getting way out of hand and really flattens out the gameplay. I know most will hate this though.
Hell yes! Nerf them... NERF THEM ALL!
Uh. No.
At face value I really dislike this change, and I do hope that unlike with the GCD issue we have with BFA going into Shadowlands, they listen to the feedback on this and either revert it or increase the cap. But I won't be able to judge it in terms of gameplay until we get access to the alpha / beta. As someone who really enjoys Fury's ability to just devastate large clusters of mobs, this is very disappointing.
I agree, much of BFA's content was diminished with heavy AoE.
this sucks especially for old content farming lol
So stupid XD. They nerf aoe abilities and leave 2 out of 3 biggest aoe nuke classes untouched. Try to get into m+ as melee other than UH or Outlaw in 9.0.
Ew
This is literally going to be the worst change ever in world of warcraft. I cant believe they are doing this. Whats the point? Once again catering to the casual audience.
Fire mages and demon hunters untouched, this has to be a late april fools joke
And here we go, after the fancy cool stuff brought by art department, have to follow the changes no one asked for. Bringing fun to both current and legacy content by making aoe....a glorified limited cleave.
Yeah...I'm not enjoying this change. Sure FROST got a huge buff including frost dmg on Oblit, but limiting the only AoE frost has besides the %^&*ty BoS (which I'm guessing probably wont be capped), it feels like a let down
Better not be activated in old content. That's all I have to say.
this is so dumb. big pulls are what make m+ fun. why are you trying to make it slower and more boring?
Easily the worst class change yet. It's very counter-intuitive (imagine casting Bladestorm and having it arbitrarily stop doing damage to some things next to you) and it cuts out the ability to do larger pulls if you're up to it which is an interesting part of M+ strategies. They must reconsider.
Well that's just a dumb change.
