SingActDirect should try playing glass bridge with this luck!
out of curiosity, how did they know that 16 was the initial record? did blizzard confirm it or was it just because a streamer did it and somehow became the unofficial record? (I'm not here to degrade anyone for doing it, just wondering how the record is actually recorded as a record is all). Like for a Real Life record, a Guinness book of record person must be present to see it in person.
0.00000000000131072 if someone wondered about the chance
Thank you for the proverbial egg, troubling times indeed.
My personal record is 11 consecutive flipsedit: the chance of getting a flip with a nightelf isn't 20%, for me it's more like 33% (maybe I'm lucky but idk)
This is incredible
Never even knew there was a world record for RNG. Still neat though, since the front flip is the best thing about night elves. We need more news like this and far less news like those locked topics. The tiring news is worthless, but fun stuff like this, burning the orc statue, and taming pink elekks restores faith in humanity.
Are all jumps by all players counted? Given the incredibly low chances the record would have happened on stream I'd say no and if so this is irrelevant lol
Interesting thought because the animation of the jump is client-sided, so if you do a flip, someone else can see that as a normal jump and vice versa
I call haxx. Though i must admit my record is 67 jumps but alas my camera wasnt working to record but but it totally happened cause my friend saw it. Though my friend wasnt in my house at the time...
And still a better chance than a Pandarian world boss mount dropping
Guess you could say that was "Flipping awesome"
Really not sure where this 20% chance to flip came from, it's 50% and has always been 50%.
Sorry to say I've never done more than one at a time. What would be truly awesome is if night elf druids could front-flip in any shape-shifted ground form. Flipping cats, cheetahs, bears, owls, and stags, OH MY.
