This is horrible. They did opposite of what should have been done (aka nerf hell out of those already super overtuned lieutenants).

Soggodon the BreakerNEW Massive Smash - Grips all players into melee, rooting each player with a Bindings of Misery, then casts Massive Smash. Kill the Bindings of Misery to break the root, then escape before Massive Smash finishes casting. Root breaking abilities will still free the player. Tiger's Lust Is The New Meta
They should be hard. Hard is fun/engaging. The affix shouldn't be, "come collect your fixed, dungeon-long buff." It should be something you have to plan CDs / routes around, or weigh the cost of skipping the buff and fighting a harder final boss. If you get upset every time you can no longer W-key through content, then please play a different game and stop trying to ruin this one.
Soggodon prior to these additions was honestly a pushover other than tank damage, which was pretty easy to kite. I only did these on +15 fortifieds on the PTR, but of all the lieutenants he was just a big sponge of HP for the groups I was in. These moves will definitely make him quite a bit harder for tanks. I'm also glad to see most of the additions affect both ranged and melee.
Honestly, Soggodon was just a patchwerk. New pattern looks so cool.
well, this buff is reasonable, compare to high key prideful, these mobs are way to easy to deal with
