The prices listed were changed to be in the ballpark of 100-150 gold each unit, depending on where you are, if you are a Goblin, or have a Reputation Discount.

Due note that it's not impossible to make gold with a vendor shuffle. Blacksmiths/Engineers/Leatherworkers benefit heavily from making Two Handed weapons. And if you source these from the AH, the more profit you make is based on what price you are willing to buy them at.
