How to make a useless system even more useless.Just let us upgrade already crafted items with this. Till Level 50.

What a waste of a system/development time. Relics 5 went from ilvl 100 during most of ptr to then ilvl54 on live.
Really disappointing change. Using relics of the past for sinister and honorable combatant's set actually decreases their ilvl by 5-6 and level required by 3. It really isn't worth it to use these at all. It's just sad.
So they went and made the whole Relics of the Past system dead on arrival.The sheer lack of logic in making this decision is utterly mind boggling. But I guess it isn't something new from the standard 'solve it with a hammer' logic from Blizzard lately.I'm going to hope they revert it.

I thought this was terrible with the most recent nerfs, this makes it dead. Zero reason to waste the money upgrading any old gear at these terrible item levels. Questing will replace them within minutes.

Why bother to nerf crafting into the ground so intentionally and so effectively? Wouldn't it be easier to just remove the feature, and not trick players into sinking time into a completely useless system?

Heh... at this point, they should just remove stats and level restrictions on all crafted gear and just make crafted gear a transmog-only item. They should stop pretending that you can craft useful gear.
The vendor shuffle change was ok, but this change is stupid.
What was the point in even adding it? you could of had some really interesting items rise up and be great to have some fun with in the pre patch but no lets just kill it on arrival.
