IS THIS NOT AN MMO. Let us FARM.
Just remove the whole damn island
I don't get it. What *are* people supposed to do for bronze? Daily quest rewards are still really bad for the time it takes to do a lot of them. It's about 50 bronze + 2 lesser charms (10 charms = ~50 bronze, so +10 bronze per daily), then you have the daily scenario, raid, and dungeon which drop just enough bronze to upgrade one or two pieces of armor. If the dailies are supposed to be the one true method of farming bronze outside of raid hyper carries through heroic raids, isn't it antithetical to the change in design for dailies? World quests rotating every three days instead of daily to reduce the amount of time investment, while still providing "3 days" worth of reward so that it feels less like a log-on treadmill. Worse, it only gets harder for people with time constraints (also siege of orgrimmar is a hilariously long commitment for what is essentially retail's LFR). idk. There's almost no incentive to log on beyond three dailies, and even those three dailies give a pittance. It feels like I should just wait till they inevitably change something to speed up the Bronze grind so that late joiners don't get mega screwed over when they see 2 months isn't enough time to get enough Bronze to complete their collections, and if you only are able to play certain days, you can't just grind bronze. anyone who thinks farming for threads will increase their power level is being scammed. upgrading your gear (and in turn, increasing the output of your tinkers) is the only way to actually increase your power level. it even scales up your equipped gems on the chest and legs by a very significant amount. the only time threads feel like an increase in power is from doing dailies over time. gods. it's like legion artifact power all over again here.
