I'm glad they changed it so it only appears if you check it rather than it sitting above their head all the time.
Good change! Nice little quality of life upgrade.
while i do understand the change, i kinda miss the immersion it brought with always having to guess and sometimes wait. And the spring to the boat leaving shore was real!
Or, just do away with this type of passive gameplay garbage where you sit around waiting unnecessarily just "because", altogether. Best time crossing the ocean in Vanilla wow was when they were having issues with the boat tech and had to have an NPC you just talked to port you across instantly and directly. No waiting.Same thing with flightpaths, why are they in this game still? It's simply a glorified load screen. Right now if I need to fly from one SL zone to another, I literally get up from the PC and come back in a few minutes. Can you honestly say this is good game design?Look at Argus, direct portals to where you want to go. No waiting, just click, load, and play.I'll say it again, all of this travel time is completely unnecessary. This isn't real life, and after the first couple times of taking that flight path, its simply nothing more than a glorified load screen that is used simply to artificially extend the amount of time it takes to complete tasks in this game.
♪ Farewell to thee, Placeholder, your ship has sailed to Sea. ♫♪ We'll tip our hats n' pray one day: to be as great as thee. ♫♪ O' Captain P you'll never know the emptiness inside, ♫♪ As we sit ashore on Menethil, a~waitin' for a ride... ♫
lollmaoI know this is a minor QoL change but it feels to hand-holdy
Simple but amazing QoL
Which ships and zepelins? 90% were removed. Even in Zidormi time there are only immersion breaking portals.
I love theses boats and transportationsit adds to immersion and world building.
