Technically, Horde players had access to the quest to kill Taylor's evil spirit / avenge his death as well.
One speculates that the killing of Argus during Legion is what broke the Arbiter, and seeing as Admiral Taylor was last seen just before Legion would confirm this.
He deserved so much more than having a bridge dropped on him because Nazgrim (who came back anyway!) died.
Kyrian judge when it is the right time for a soul to be taken. Even if someone dies, they may deem it important for them to stay, just like us. If every "Hero of Azeroth" gets another chance, why shouldn't he?
Man I always will feel it was a missed opportunity to have the DKs raise him as one of the four horsemen back in Legion, along with Nazgrim, being that they were rival of each other in MoP, it would've made for interesting interaction to have them become brothers in arms. Would've loved some frenemy banter between them both as well.
And here I thought this was just another "Oh look we found a dead NPC", but this one is pretty cool especially the service awards for Blizzard staff.
Those props look amazing. Definitely would display those.
