Have been using this to play on Beta as it's the only one available from what I can see, and it's good if you want a very basic, barebones, quest helper - there are people out there that aren't impressed by all the bells and whistles. Good job! Will definetly use this on beta's in future (I use another one on live)Few bugs and whatnot, but I guess I can head over to your site and offer them, rather than just complain on here and give no useable feedback
Thanks for what you do, your suggestions to level fast are so inspiring! This addon is free and is one of my favorite. The fastest route is the best route for me ^^
Dont understand this AddOn, show so much and i dont know what it tracks...Guess im spoiled by zygor, what you can get for free or for 1time payment btw...
I love the addon and I think it has great routes, if I could express a wish it would be making it better at auto detecting what you've already done and therefore choosing where to make you start. I unfortunately was playing on characters that had already started leveling and had to manually choose a route for the zone and then skip steps in order to get started. I also am not sure if as a horde player it's worth having WM on, with a 10% buff Gorgrond was way too full of alliance players of higher level to make it worth.Still, thanks DesMephisto for the help!
For some reason the arrow isn't showing up for me. Reinstalled, reset, and scaled up the arrow in the settings, but it's nowhere to be seen :<Otherwise, I love this addon. I used it before Shadowlands and it helped a hell of a lot.
surprised the author actually updated this. Last time I played Classic and used that version, he gave up and would not communicate with anyone. The retail version was pretty good though.
Seeing the responses of the people involved with this Addon has kinda turned me off of using AAP. Saying you're happy that you're taking money away from someone else seems petty. Us players all benefit when there's more options, and the devs of any other addon are just trying to do their thing too. Trashing other addon developers is a bad look.
never used it ... will gonna try.
I personally prefer wow-pro. It’s a more complete addon. Tried AAP and found too many bugs.
Be warned. By default this app seems to accept and complete if possible any quest holder you click on. For me it was all going fine till I clicked on an Arakkoa with a blue exclamation mark in Ashran. Within 2 seconds I had spent 3500 gold and purchased 3 off Seal of Inevitable Fate, and no way to get my money back. Given that at the time I had just earnt enough to buy the flying that the app had wanted me to do, I now have to start over again. If the app could query me before spending gold or goods to complete a quest that would be good; or only auto-responded to quests on its 'speed list' would be good; but till then I'm afraid I am uninstalling it.I believe there is an option to not auto-accept or not auto-complete quests, but that applies to all quests and this seems to be one of the points of the app.
This gives no info as to the quest you're doing nor does it track your quests very well. Sure, it points you in the right direction, but there's no indication as to what you're doing. Even as buggy as it is, I prefer WoW-pro guide because it gives detailed info on your quest as well as provide little tips and has an easy to use interface that's very intuitive. I was using AAP for a minute before it bugged out and stopped tracking where I should go, and without any other information except for "pick up quest" there was no indication as to who offered it or what kind of quest it was. Thanks for the attempt, but this isn't what I'm looking for.
how do you stop it from automatically sending you somewhere on the flight path
With the WoD bonus objectives getting the big nerf in exp, are they still even worth doing? Before, AAP would have you do almost nothing BUT those and it worked for fast experience. Probably not now.
