*puts on his tin foil hat*Does it seem to anyone else like the BfA intro stuff (burning of Teldrassil, Undead city siege) was original suppose to happen mid expansion? I mean, that stuff would have made a lot more sense if they occurred after a war front in Dark shore, instead of a few quests/world quests (which would have spawn during the war front cycle like in AH). Guessing at some point someone higher up wanted to start things off with a bang in order to drive numbers, even at the cost of the story.
*puts on another tin foil hat*None of that stuff had a date set (in the game or book). Well, not that i remember, then again, its hard to tell when most things happen in game. They also said stuff about naga back then too (even one of the war bringer animations is about them), and that raid doesn't look like it will happen until 8.2 (not counting the 2 boss one, since that doesn't seem to have the main naga leader they have been teasing). As I see it, they might have original plan to have the siege of undercity to start it off, (maybe zul tricks the alliance into attacking the horde, so that he could also trick the horde into getting involve with the troll empire in order to cause what happen, to happen). Then the normal bfa stuff happen. Follow by this build up, the war front in dark shore, and the burning of Teldrassil to mark the dark middle part of the story arc for this expansion.
Can't wait to see how the in-game version of the armor looks nothing like concept art.
For Teldrassil! For the Kaldorei!
The Darkshore Warfront, definitely surprised me, Was expecting Barrens, however, this should be pretty cool!
