I have to assume this is going to get tweaked a lot before it goes live. As it stands, every healer in mythic raids is going to be a disc priest or maybe a mistweaver.
Feral passive is really good for raid.
12 second Unstable Affliction, gib.
Sorry, but I have to vent. This is !@#$ing ridiculous. Resto druids are already S-tier for M+. Now they also get the best PvP talent for burst ST heal? Meanwhile Disc gets... Premonition? Are you kidding me? (for those unaware, Premonition, formerly Shadow Word: Death, is used in PvP to predictively break soft CC like Polymorph, Hex or Blind... very &*!@ing useful in PvE)
This is a bad idea adding PVP Talents like this makes balancing harder. Rogues geting another amazing Utility to Help Their group. WW monk getting something for more Damage., DH will be there same for Prot Warrior and Resto Druid. M+ Meta wont Change at all.
You have to PvP to get the essence in the first place
Wow those hunter talents.
The disparity between these is pretty hilarious - some crazy things like chunky AOE damage for brewmaster monks / moonkin aura, meanwhile warlocks get 2 defensives and a dps decreaser.
I actually wanted a Legendary during Legion that allowed us to have a PvP talent since there were so many D3 Legendary's, it made sense to have a sort of Hellfire Amulet. Seems this is as close, I'll take it.Having Expel Reverse Harm back is pretty nice - at least changes the opener and survivability, with added bonus of being more Energy efficient than expensive ass Tiger Palm(plus continued lack of Energy regaining mech/passive really bites) in addition Chi gain at any point of downtime (e.g. Mekkatorque intermission). But Ride the Lightning, now that's something I've always wanted as a base Enhance talent during Legion; when it was just Chain Lightning that is. Still more interesting and aesthetically pleasing than the Crashing Storm talent imo, or even the passive effect to Crashing Storm.Been using Battle Trance since Legion, definitely looking forward to having that in PvE as well.Void Origins sounds like a QoL.
Way of the Crane!
Guys, YOU DO realize that if you wish to use the PVP talent in PVE you will have to use it on a MAJOR socket. There are other powers that are far superior. That one is good only for 1-2 specs and that's it.
It's bad. We already have an essence that increases your max Meta uptime. Why would you use this in any circumstance over that one? Like ANY? Keep in mind that this talent does not give you more Meta. It stays the same. And with the choice of more meta vs. same meta duration but with more casting, guess which one is going to be better in 98% of situations. :P
Any indication what the different ranks of this trait will do? Rank 1 gives a single talent, Rank 3 gives a single talent. Is there going to be any benefit getting the additional ranks?
