Melee DPS for me.
I do always play a melee character with two fast weapons, I don't really like a stealth dependant build nor a one trick pony. I play an enhancement shaman in wow. In the demo of kingdoms of amalur I went for dagues and chackrams and it was a really nice feeling, so yeah.
I always pick the warrior class in any RPG game. It's so awesome to be decked out in plate armor while swinging a huge weapon to kill the baddies.
I usually play rogues. I like melee combat.Kingdom kinda make me wanna play battlemage though
I usually read a little about the game first, so that I can determine how strict the class system is. Like if you choose a ranged damage dealer, if you are always getting pulled in to a face to face confrontation then how easy is it to switch over to a tanking class with some real armor. If it is strict then I will usually pick a class with some half decent armor and go head to head with some of the baddies.
I normally play an assassin type. Love sneaking around and killing stuff from stealth. :)
Hello!I usually play casters. I'm just a fool for spell animations and great damage burst. Thank you for the great chance of getting a prize thou' I did participated in almost every contest on wowhead/zam since I have my account. Nothing won yet but this maybe a good start :) /hug Zam
More often than not, I play a ranged class (Archer/ranger), due to most MMO's being somewhat limited in class choice.HOWEVER, if I can play a buff class, or heals class? I'm ALL over it! I love bards, priests, Clerics, shielders (*think Feca's from Dofus/Wakfu*) and the general 'odd' class that most people wouldn't choose as their first class to solo level. The extra challenge is amazing to me.Shreazla - A Frood who knows where his towel is
Ranger/Rogue/Hunter/Sniper has always been my choice. I lack the real time situational analysis ability that makes for a top end healer or tank, so I just do what I can to keep myself alive, and kill whatever's needed.
Of all the RPGs I've played, I love playing the Giant Sword-Swinging Vanguard of the People. This is usually akin to Retribution Paladin in WoW. However, WoW is the only game I've enjoyed tanking in.Bears of the World: Unite!
I typically will play Warrior/Paladin type first then Hunter/Ranged DPS on a second play through. I enjoy caster types but can't seem to stick with them over any length of time.
I always play in every single RPG Warrior classes dominant power and raping enemies apart is so epic :).
I usually play Melee (dps in wow, tank/dps in most other games) but recently, between this game and Diablo III beta, I've found myself shying more towards casters and rangers.
I tend to play healers...typically a more reactive role and "rotation". I cant seem to dps worth a crap...lol...just cant keep a rotation going in order to maximize...lol
I usually play a caster. Long range damage is what i do best. I've tried melee but I only get killed.....over and over again!
The closest thing to a battle-mage! Castin' spells while swinging a blade, but with not much defense has always been the combination that gets me goin'.
