My wishlist: Give me Wotlk Classic asap cause I'm sure retail will suck again.
My wishlist would be this:1. A way to get 9 choices from the Great Vault easily without being forced to do other content. E.g. An optional quest for the Great Vault to choose to do only dungeons, raids or PvP. e.g. if you choose the quest for dungeons, your top 9 m+ keystone dungeons of the week will count as a reward for the vault; top 9 raid bosses on the highest difficulty killed each gives a reward in the GV; and top 9 highest rated pvp teams gives a reward. That will solve the problem of most people only have 4 rewards a week and being forced into doing doing content they don't want.2. A deterministic way to obtain any item progressively, over time. Perhaps the Great Vault could have an option where you can choose any item and ilvl and obtain Valor points to buy it from the Great Vault; if you don't get the item you want from the GV, you could get bonus Valor points that don't count to the cap, that you can then use to buy items from the vault. Over time, as you get enough VP to buy the item, you buy it from the vault. Either you choose one of the options you've unlocked, or, buy an item from the GV with Valor. 3. Legendaries not requiring gold to create. A Legion like system where each boss drops tokens that you can then redeem at the vendor to buy the legendary you want.4. Side features not attached with player power. Features like Torghast and Island Expeditions should never have any player power - like the Mage Tower. I hope Blizzard add a new feature in that doesn't have any player power bonus, but only mounts, pets, achievements, transmog rewards.5. Professions becoming more relevant from the start. More fishing, cooking, archaeology quests. This can be achieved by adding an item to Jewelcrafting to add a socket to any item, adding conduits/relics craftable by inscriptionists; engineers by crafting unique, powerful trinkets that are as good as raids. Blacksmithing by being able to craft heroic-level raid items from the start, that can attach a missive to determine their stats; also, being able to attach unique effects to the item made by blacksmiths - like progenita effects, where killing an enemy grants secondary stat, or picking up orbs grant primary stat, etc, so Blacksmiths should be able to modify items and add additional effects to them. 6. Covenants (or Class Halls) only being story-based, cosmetic and transmog related. Let's not have the same controversy from Shadowlands.7. Artifact grind that is capped weekly. It's likely we will get an artifact weapon back in some sort, and if we do, we should only be able to get AP from dungs, raids or pvp because otherwise, any other source will feel forced if it is the most efficient. Or, at least make the AP grind capped every week, so it doesn't matter what you do, everyone will have the same progress. 8. M+ keystone challenges. I want unique, fixed keys that are challenges never seen before, with unique rewards like pets, titles, mounts, transmog, etc. The way this would work, it would be a fixed keystone level (e.g. M+17), with unique m+ keystone affixes never seen before (none that exist that season or previously). For example, 3 new affixes, one of those affixes spawns a tidal wave every 2/3 minutes that sweeps everything off the platform, so you have to seek shelter. Essentially, unique, never-seen before affixes will be here.9. Raid+ keystones, for all difficulties. New mechanics and loot. 10. Much more generous VP cap, at least double, with half the valor cost for each item, as well.11. Talent revamp of some sort. More interesting choices, anything that makes talents slightly more interesting. 12. Power being attached to the Artifact Item, rather than Covenant. Imagine next expansion, if you could open up your Artifact Weapon interface, and choose the power of the Dragon Aspect you want to be imbued with, that then affects your power and abilities granted by it. That would be much better than going to a covenant and changing all the time. If you think about it, you should be helping out all the Dragon Aspects, so it doesn't make sense if a Dragon Aspect will only imbue you if you're part of their covenant, since you're an ally to all of them. Instead, you should be able to pick your Dragon Aspect power from the Artifact instead, as the flexibility there makes more sense.Other cool points would be: if each Dragon Aspect you choose for your Artifact would open up different powers, different talents (like the Legion Weapon), where each imbuement from a Dragon Aspect would be equivalent to a different Artifact Weapon from Legion - where it would have different passives, abilities, talents, etc, that would be freely changed by simply activating your Artifact Item and changing your imbuement with your Dragon Aspect. Plus, you could start off with 1 Dragon Aspect imbuement, then as the expansion goes on and you help them, you gain more imbuements; so over time, you'll gain 2 imbuements, then 3, then 4, then eventually, the player will gain all 5 Dragon Aspect imbuements over the entire expansion. That would also be interesting.______________________It's a lot, but I don't expect it to all happen. If just 1, 2, and 3 happened, I would be happy.
As a main Mythic+ player, I'd like the following:1. Give people focused on one activity ways to obtain loot from other activities. Raiders should get the raid loot faster than Mythic+/PvPers, Mythic+ people should get the M+ loot faster than Raiders/PvPers, PvPers should get the PvP loot faster than Raiders/Mythic+ people. But if I want a trinket from raid, I'd like to be able to get it without raiding, but way slower than raiders can. The closest thing in the game right now to this are weekly events - but they only tend to give raid loot.2. Keep up with Shadowlands level of necessary grind. I know many people want an instant gratification, but there's the other side of the same coin - if it'd be super fast, the same people would complain about having nothing to do in the game. I really like SL because I can do 1 hour questline and be done with necessary grind. No artifact power, azerite power and other uncapped types of power.3. If campaign quests would be kept in a way it is, I'd like to have any unlocked stuff bound to account, not to character. Keep it on alts as an easy way to obtain some kind of renown/whatever progressive system introduced.4. Make respec tomes up to date with game systems. Right now to change soulbinds/covenants I need to go to Oribos despite having tomes in my bags - that's annoying.5. Make improvements to game engine around spell effects and non-flat surfaces - right now stairs can be a quite surprising killer if you can't see stuff on the group because of them.6. Provide gold generation through Mythic+. Right now M+ and PvP (I think?) is the only pure goldsink. In raid you at least have a chance for BoE.7. Remove trading gear and maybe increase drops. I'm tired of all "bring back Master Looter" debates. This community deserves to have things taken away from them, because they'll hate the game regardless.8. I really like current experiments with keeping up the old content available, Legion timewalking mythic+, mage tower and so on. Keep it up, but make it contribute to the "fresh" player power. This way people can spend time doing it, while still progressing their characters. Idk, bring some kind of chest with random "fresh" loot with 5% chance of dropping from timewalking M+.9. Make conduit-like systems more directly game-altering than they already are. Let it modify spells, let it add another ways of CC etc. Having it passive like this makes it a little bit lackluster, and adds yet another excuse to people that are bad at the game (I DoN't HaVe mAx LvL cOnDuIts!11).10. Tie small damage buffs to interrupt/CC spells for DPS specs. Unorganised groups tend to struggle with interrupting but they care about their details meters a lot - I think luring people into doing good things is a nice game design. IMO it worked for DHs - they tend to have higher interrupts in average just because they get rage bonuses.11. I really love KSH/KSM this season. Finally Blizz did a step to make M+ "on par" with raiding in terms of reward systems. I'm really happy about it and I hope they'll keep it up. Make it account-bound, or, hmm, role-bound? So achieving KSH as DPS will unlock stuff for all DPS alts and so on.12. More options for open-world players. I don't know, more pet battles, or some LFR-level raids for cosmetic rewards.13. Keep the covenant system of abilities in the game. Make it switchable without effort from the start. I really love how it makes the game flavorful and brings many possibilities. Right now many classes can reliably play 3 or even 4 covenants, changing their gamestyle, niches and CC capabilities. That's absolutely great!14. Totally optional, but some kind of bite-sized mini-encounters while you wait for group? Something like trainings how to dodge abilities / focus interupt targets etc. Think warm-up rounds in FPS.15. Rework beast mastery hunter. Right now the spec is in shambles, but not because of numbers. Having a spec which is both RP-wise appealing (hey! I have two pets UwU kawaii) and basically relying on three buttons + passives creates a mixture which makes it one of the most hated spec in PvP, most unhappy community in general (constantly asking for buffs) and trapping beginners with gameplay not representative of any other RDPS in the game (I click button, my pet bites and I run around ^_^). Make it harder, bring the numbers up then. I think some experiments with making it hybrid like surv would be cool - how about ranged mode is about generating resources, and melee mode is about spending them? That'd make a really nice flow.16. Make the expansion in general alt-friendly. By alt-friendly I mean exactly "If I have an up to date main, maxlvl alt should spend ~4-6 hours to be up to date with all conduits/soulbinds/renown stuff". We're not quite there yet with SL S3, but we're pretty close and I'd ramp this effort up even further. Of course this 4-6 hours is only for systems - gearing etc. should take longer. The 4-8 hours commitment is the level of commitment even my friends with freshly born kids can do.17. Oh, and bring more effects like power infusion into the game, but give it a debuff like Forbearance (10m? sth like that). This way you keep the fantasy of supportive specs and remove degenerate things like stacking PIs in raid content. And I say it from a position of someone who never got PI from anyone but PUG priest. I think things like kyrian druid spirits / fae priest cov abilities / pi really make the game better and make players less focused on themselves. I think a niche of 'support DPS' spec is really promising and may be really fun for people. Maybe it's also a good niche for BM? Spec is taken often by raid leaders, so giving them supportive abilities feels very aligned with typical RL mentality.
a simple wishlist; Tell a complete story without any obvious cut content...At this point, I can expect less systems built upon more systems before my wishlist is fulfilled. I have incredibly low expectations for tomorrow's reveal.
Crafting and storage. What would take the cake for me would be a realm wide crafting reagents bank that is practically limitless, just one slot per crafting reagent with practically no limit on how many per item you can put there, with tabs for different professions and sorted by expansion. But I guess this would go a little too far.I would to glad if they would at the very least increase the stack sizes of crafting materials by a lot, just change the stack sizes from now 200 to 9990.This would be such a great quality of life improvement, so much more room in our reagents banks and banks in general. And this is such an easy thing to do, they could change this by hotfix and it would not require more storage space for the database.Change the stack sizes for consumeables to 50, please.Allow "unique" items to be put in void storage, please.Convert more items to toys, please.Give us more bag slots in the bank, please. At least two, but I would prefer annother row.
Oh yes, forgot about this one.Give us bad luck protection for everything that has a low drop rate!11!Especially for things like X-45 Heartbreaker - and do not think for a moment that we will forget that you promised to fix this.
I just want account wide hunter pets.
don't, buy 291 legendaries, their stats literally don't matter and if you are high-pushing player you must have several legendaries anyway - which you will not all upgrade to r7249 is perfectly fine and costs nothing
My wish list a option to turn on old paintings that were sexy and emotes that were fun but have offended the woke crowd.Have a option to play the original wow with sexy toons ,for the normies who dont get offended by pixels and scream the sky is falling. You know the majority of your subscribers and not cater to the minority and destroy the game we have played like almost 20 years .Dont let the twitter mob run your business, they are not the ones buying your stuff and keeping your lights on.This is called warcraft and war isnt suppose be pretty and not offend
All I want for Xmass is:- get alt policy to higher level - for people who are altaholics like me it's still frustrating to keep alts ready to play. I do not make alts to farm mats etc, I make them because I want to feel the game from different perspective, live through another story (like faction-wise as it was in BFA for example, just want to know the story from various sides), try Torghast runs or even raids with another spec, keep playing all the classes that touch my heart by their fantasy (I love elements stuff, so I enjoy play shaman as well as fire and frost mage, love paladin fantasy, enjoy archery in real life so wonna try marksmanship hunter, sometimes I just want to smash things with big shield and weapons on a warrior or suck some blood on a DK). But when you log into your alt, you manage that you have to level it (that's the easiest and kinda funny part for me) and get all the stuff (leggos, covenant grind, rep grind, conduits, gear...) to be ready and get invited to a party (not speaking about stuff like running a lot of dungeons to get your score high enough to not be denied in queue) - when you have less time to play (for example because of having a real life) it criples you that much you rather log off that alt. That is what I feel bad about the game, although I love WoW so much. I would enjoy either less grindy enviroment (less rep, less borrowed power, less restrictions to get invited to the party) or more account-wide stuff (covenant renown farmed once over all characters, same for soulbinds - I have one soul and it is already bound to my account and I bind that account with all my characters to Shadowlands covenants; seu when I've got renown with Kyrians on my paladin they already know me and recognise me on my hunter). At the same time interesting feature would be class swapping on one character, something like FF XIV. Let's say one character would have three (or more) slots for a class (could be trained as shaman, warrior and monk for example) that could be changed (swapped between) in the capital city. That would make the grindy part easier too (you would collect those once for three classes and would only be left to get different kind of gear for each of your chosen classes).- I find mission tables kinda boring, especially on alts as discussed earlier. To get throw the missions on alt all over again, put companions on 5 missions, wait some time, get them off the mission with rewards, put them again on another missions and circle all again doesn't amuse me. I know it's not mandatory to do the mission table but when it is in the game already, try to find a way to make it fun, more changing and surprising, at best account-wide too as discussed above.- make an interesting story with twists and turns, surprises and more! It's rpg game over all, make the story that will keep players at game. Intro story with subsequent grind festival is not fun. Make features that are interesting and make the players feel powerfull, release endorphins in their brains, this will keep us enjoyed and playing (at this point I really enjoyed Torghast idea - solo content with funny and interesting parts is what I enjoy, cause my friends quit the game and I was left alone).- make an earthwarden tank spec for shaman! Please!Thank you baby Jesus (or Santa Claus for rest of the world) that you give my ideas into devs' heads.P. S. I know that it's MMO and I should not be playing it alone in the first time, but I'm not that social skilled. And keep in your mind that that're my wishes and I can wish for what I want. Don't judge or blame me. I don't judge you for yours.
Legendaries we’re confusing for some people at the start.I saw multiple people with raw base rune carving gear, thinking the higher ilvl was it, not realising they had 0 stats/power.My Wishlist:1) Not repeating things (quests) on alts. Skips available sooner/asap.2) More great m+ dungeons like halls, new ones released more often.3) Continuing the weekly vault, or something similar.4) Shadowlands covenant transmogs were the best so far, keep the clean modern designs coming.5) Ability to fail a m+ key without it lowering. Why punish key holder. It not increasing is punishment enough.6) More glyphs or updated fx, e.g. more warlock cookie options, rdruid has boring spell animations compared to other healers.7) Ability to save full profile for raid or m+ kit, e.g gear+Covenant+soulbind+conduit+talents profile for QoL swapping.8) Continue not making raiding mandatory, but give m+ more love/variety.9) More blizzard raid frame functionality to show more spells, bigger icons. I need this for m+ healing.10) Zero tolerance or a cool off period for people reported for whispering toxic messages to players.11) Able to try (switch to) other covenants fully sooner in release. Only recently can we easily experiment / have variety.12) Introduce account wide currency or currency transfers sooner. Alts gather dust waiting for these systems.13) First race transfer free of charge (new players get punished for not knowing), + more pretty girl options so we aren’t all Elves. Cute/sexy tmog options too plz.
I love how some of these are 100% related to an expansion we don't even know if it actually exist. Some are reasonable.Others make no sense at all and are just fantasies. Or would be extremely hard to actually implement. On top of that a lot of these assume they came out with the same opinion their favorite streamer has. Which I'm fairly confident they don't and have reason not too. The concenant controversy was overrated.World quests aren't an end game pillar. They lately have even been relegated to not mattering at all.The biggest one I agree with is that mplus players and pvp players shouldn't be treated as secondary end game pillars.
Im a simpel man.1. Tinker2. No more goldsinks like leggos. One gold token each is to much
