This is MOST LIKELY due to the fact that Blizzard hadn't updated the damage values after they made the change to increase the starting item level by 13 item levels (from 424 to 437). This means all of the damage values were assuming 424 starting item level values instead of the 437. These changes are to make it so that things align with a 437 starting item level.
This is the third time they done this exact thing before a new season.It just made m+ miserable for healers the last two times.And it's just going to be the exact same thing this time.
Never been an high end player and prolly never will, but have enjoyed doing keys in the 19-22 range.And iv been playing 9 year on the heal-spot i have played all other M+ seasons, but season 2 made me drop healing and keys all togehter. Just way to hard to heal for a noob like me, so just been raiding and chilling, its sad we come to that for us 99% players :(
Tad off topic, but is the elevator on throne of tides unchanged? I am going to pull my hair out when it phases through a player and we gotta wait 2+ minutes for them.
Able to time 20s with random pugs, zero deaths, 2 chesting...with scaled gear down to barely above what we have now on live, it's far too easy. For those complaining and haven't tested please look before you post. I've seen groups hitting s3 28s while in s2 capped gear.
just a tip for ToT elevator, like many elevators (eg Mogu Shan) a simple JUMP will register the player toon on the elevator platform (so it doenst phase through).
Buff healers single target healing by +30% then increase the trash damage by 15%.Makes sense.
3 chested a Waycrest Manner without the group really knowing the mechanics - definitely undertuned.
Yeah, they are so overtuned, that players only went up to +26 with 5/8 adventurer track gear :D
