Mist of Panderia is my fav expansion
I enjoyed them all
WoD > WOTLK > Cata > MoP didn't play vanilla/TBC thoe
My favorite expansion would have to be WotLK. Not only because I loved the content, but also because I was finally old enough to really comprehend how to play the game effectively. I was a total noob in Vanilla, got some stuff done in BC (Heroics/Kara), but WotLK was the first expansion that I actually felt powerful in, and really cemented my love for the game.
Wrath, i think, is my favorite. TBC is an extremely close second. i'm glad we're getting back into TBC lore and stuff in Warlords. Super hype.
Mists of Pandaria <3
My favorite expansion is MoP.
Wrath of the Lich King has been my favourite expac until perhaps Warlords of Draenor. From the pre-launch event where I got both to battle back the Scourge AND join it to the rise of the Argent Crusade my paladin-lore loving self was in bliss. As a player who started in The Burning Crusade I was able to relive Naxxramas, and I was able to finally strike down Arthas and avenge Lordaeron. To date no expansion has began or ended as satisfyingly as Wrath, but I have high hopes that Warlords will bring me much the same satisfaction as I change gears from paladin lore into the almighty soul-crushing might of the orcish warrior horde as I raise an army around me to test my mettle against the greatest champions the Horde has ever known! LOK'TAR OGAR!
Wrath was my favorite overall. Started playing in BC so that will be special.
MoP was my favorite, I mean come on, Monks are epic.
Wrath of the Lich King was my favorite expansion pack. I remember watching the intro cinematic and getting chills from the amazing vocals in the background. It came out around Christmas-ish time frame. I remember playing in my room with a sweater on because it was so cold. I would leave the lights off to get the full immersion experience of the game. This was also the real first and only time that I got involved with Raids on a Guild level, it was just truly amazing. I was a healer... then switched to DPS because healing was so incredibly stressful! Just an amazing soundtrack to that game that I will never forget.
Mists of Pandaria due entirely to heroic raiding and Blizzard completely doing away with a lot of old design concepts that lead to huge issues. Burning crusade is a close second.
Wrath of the Lich King
WOTLK was easily my favorite simply because of DKs and Ulduar
My favorite WoW expansion would be Wrath of the Lich King cause it had my favorite lead the Lich King aKa Arthas also Death Knights are good for tanking
Finally Re-Subscribed to World of Warcraft :P
Wrath of The Lich King, hands down. It just felt so epic in a way that none of the other expansions have yet equaled. Iconic arch villain, phenomenal story line, graphics, itemization, just the whole experience.
My favorite one was MoP, jsut because of the asiatic atmosphere. I left WoW for a year after Dragon Soul and didn't bother with a lot of MoP because people constantly said "It's stupid". Then one day I saw some images and I just bought it and resubbed happily. Best choice ever.
My favorite expansion was Wrath of the Lich King. Northrend was a completely new place, ripe with lore. The new features, like the phasing came into play, making quests amazing and really getting you into the world. When the battle at the Wrath Gate happened... we all just dropped our jaws. It's crazy how a silly video game can evoke that sort of emotion.
I absolutely LOVED the Burning Crusade. My favorite parts were raiding. It was the first time I had raided and it got me hooked! Favorite raid? Gruul's Lair and Karazhan. Both of these hold a special place in my heart for similar reasons. The moment my raid killed the final boss of each of these raids made me feel like my healing actually made a difference. I felt important and all the hard work paid off!
