the LW buffs are pretty good imo
The jewel crafting one is nothing short of useless. You can only have one Kraken's eye regardless of cut.The other gems give you laughable stats (+40 crit is probably the best one)I can remove socketed gems and find extra gems from geodes.... Hoooray! Hardly any gear has sockets and then only one. Its not like Wrath or the like where you had multiple gems on multiple pieces of gear. I have over a hundred of each gem (uncut) plus a dozen or so Kraken's eyes and no one is buying gems, except maybe the exp one for leveling, but honestly JC is just not worth it anymore. The gear you can make tops out at 385 unless you want to do a zillion mythics and heroics to get the 30 odd or so tidal cores/ hydro cores/ bwansamadis breath/ sanguicells you need to make the 400 pieces. And the cost to make this tool? Forget it. Give me more gear with sockets and THEN I might bother making it.Either put some thought into the whole crafting idea or just scrap it. You used to be able to make gear that would be heroic level and often BIS until you hit raiding. The gear made would have options, such as block, dodge, parry and not just Haste, Versatility, Mastery or Crit. I can basically make 4 types of gems ONLY at top level. No blended gems that were better for PVP or PVE, nothing you can use to customise your build and make it more you.I have been playing since 2009 ish and crafting used to be both enjoyable, useful and profitable. Now it is none of these.
My jewel crafting Draeni got the quest at 151.
Hi all,Recently I have been considering switching professions. Currently I am maxed in enchanting and have crafted Iwen's Enchanting Rod. If I discarded this profession and picked up alchemy, would I lose the enchanting rod? Curious in case I ended up switching back to enchanting if alchemy did not end up being my thaang. :) Thanks in advance, the info is much appreciated!
