I beat Heroic Curator with purify priest. Easy win!
It seems that + can finish Illhoof in a single turn.The problem is whether the hunter can survive before this.
Last fight was way too easy after stealing a couple of his imps. Even when you own them they will still damage him when they die and respawn on your side.
Aren't this bosses too easy for the heroic mode? I beat all of them without netdecking again. I'm kinda disappointed because it was like the normal mode to me.

Once again, an easy wing. Honestly, I'm 9 out of 10 for heroic one-shots this adventure, with the only blemish coming against Crone, where like many people I didn't realise she'd Twisting Nether on turn 8.Anyway, here's what I did:Heroic Curator: warlock deck, with good taunts, 2x Hungry Crab, 2x Sacrificial Pact and Hemet Nesingwary. Main thing that won this game for me was turn 2 Doomsayer - because Curator has a lot of spells he'll play them anyway, even if they do nothing but summon a minion to die to Doomsayer - and that Doomsayer tempo ended up carrying me to 5 and 6 mana where I could play Sludge Belcher and Sunwalker, up to 8 where I could drop KT and 9 where I could Faceless it. Game over at that point. Warlock is one of the best classes for this one simply because of Sac Pact.Heroic Nightbane: good stuffs shaman. The intention being to get a couple KTs out early for a nigh-indestructible board, but ultimately I won this won off the back of Icehowl on turn 2 killing whatever jank he had played, and then following that up with just goodstuffs card. Ended up getting 3 copies of Sneed's Shredder with Ancestral Spirit on the board by the end of the game (played Shredder, played Ancestral and Faceless, played Faceless).Heroic Illhoof: priest, just priest. Turn 1 Mind Vision almost wins the game single-handedly if you hit Many Imps, which I did. Turn 2 Many Imps, turn 3 Convert and Icky Imp, turn 4 Shadow Madness, turn 5 Shadow Madness for lethal (also had Holy Nova, which would have been lethal too - but I liked having even more imps XD).
Guys, heroics are going to get easier the more cards we have to play.That's just how it is.
Killrogg,that surelly explains part of it, but not all. The more cards, specially gimmic cards with different effects, the easier to design a deck around bosses. That said, tought, i've been raiding previous adventures heroic for cardbacks, for the last two months, and I´ve found Black Rock and specially Naxx MUCH more challenging to beat, some of the bosses forcing me to netdeck (yes, I´m looking at you Sapphiron).Even with many GvG, TGT, WotOG, all of BRM, Nax and LoE, some encounters were HARD, considering that they were designed BEFORE the card's releases and Karazhan should account for older cards making it too easy. In the case of Illhoof, a simple change in the deathrattle ("Summon another imp for Illhoof") or increase the atteck to 3 would make the priest abuse a little less effective. And it was not like the didn´t have it comming: priest has at least 4 minion stealing/copying cards, aside from mind control tech and toughtsteal/mindvision, wich grants you more than 1/3 of the deck capable of getting you some imps.Maybe it is a design choice, I have free-to-played more than a year (almost 2!) before going back to Naxx and BRM for the heroic, simply because I lacked the cards and experience to deal with them effectivelly. If this happens to be, I find it a wrong design choice: the heroic reward does not affect gameplay and is not necessary for newer players to beat. I was pretty fine with the cards without having the cardback before, and now, after killing heroic KT, I can say I had a lot of fun.Still hope that last wing will try to make up for the easyness of the first 3, none of which took me more than an hour to beat.
I am a solid hearthstone player, and I look forward to the heroic challenges. I remember heroic naxxramas being very difficult, unlike the simplicity of this adventure. Remember heroic saphirron?I also enjoy tweaking my heroic decks and other's heroic decks to my advantage. It is sad that this is unnecessary now. Heck, this is so easy that I beat Heroic Curator first try with purify priest, as I mentioned earlier. Increasing the Heroic difficulty would certainly be a good move by blizzard. And don't get me wrong, I love the adventures!
I think Blizzard is just trying to make HS as casual friendly as possible, in the regards of PVE content ofc.I mean that's what they've been doing with WoW for what, the last 10 years?, so it only makes sense they would do the same in HS.Well actually no fprget that, it doesn't really make sense i guess, but it's something that is totally expected from them at this point. lol
You could flip it around and say, what's the point of a heroic mode that most of the player base doesn't have the cards to beat? That path leads to 'pay to win', even if right now there's no material benefit in beating heroic mode. Not having Cairn, Sylvanas, Tirion and N'Zoth shouldn't be a reason why you can't beat Heroic mode bosses. I have beaten all the heroic bosses released and legendaries were only relevant 3 times. Cairn is useless against most bosses anyways...
