Seems a little underwhelming if it works out to just 100 extra rep, and that's pushing the absolute edge of the cap. Of course, it's good for the most hardcore of players who squeeze every inch of rep out as quickly as possible, but for the layman, the ring probably wouldn't have much of a noticeable effect, except slightly delaying the annoying debuffs.
It sounds like it would be a fun thing to have, but doesn’t seem necessary to progress. I like that.
The idea is good but 10% is too little to make a real difference. Should've been 20-25%.
10% is fine but would be cool if we could progress it to 15% and then 20% via some upgrade that you can get from the boss (like the items to get essences in 8.2/8.3 and you earn more if doing it on higher difficulties). The only question is how can you ensure that it isn’t some low drop that makes people not care to upgrade cause it doesn’t drop (aka argus trinkets early on).
The 10% less eye of the jailer is cool, but I like all that haste.
10% is fine for a piece of loot that drops from the last boss of a raid. If it was more there would need to be more reliable/accessible ways to get it.
Another lame and disappointing thing this xpac
I hoped for a good effect, but disappointed once again
"With a normal cap of 5,000 Eye of the Jailer Points, this means that you'll increase your daily cap to about 5,555 Eye of the Jailer Points when you equip the ring."You mean 5,500 points? If the ring is a 10% reduction, and each level is worth 1000 points, then what would normally be 5,000 now becomes 4,500. So, 500 extra points :D
Where is the logic in rewarding a raider with the ability to spend more time in the Maw over players who do not raid? Shouldn't an item with this effect come directly from the Maw, or maybe Torghast instead?Such a shame.
How can I figure out if something is a rare kill or a bonus objective kill? It seems I'm always getting either 44 rep or elite rare rep value. Which ones give the 80 rep?
