Not reading and just cherry picking things you don't like, seems to be the trend these days indeed.
I was spamming Arcane Missiles yesterday on random bgs killing everyone, it's probably my fault. XDKidding, but it was fun while it lasted though.
The funny this is that the nerf to arcane pummling trait does nothing to stop the 1 button missles build. Still going to be the go to over pressing blast. Just lowers its overall topend rng dmg.
Wow, they nerfed an Azerite trait. Good thing those don't matter.
lmao arcane nerfs... ¿rlly?
Not sure if its a error but the commentary appears in the article b4 the section where the patch notes are reported Players have time now to figure out fun & effective ways to play without min max . Replacing 3x/3x builds with a new 2x/2x/zz things ya get to try with more convincing talent options = game developing fair choices effectively enough to keep players encouraged that they are primary source on their characters strengthsSeen to many ppl discouraged cus of the pre hotfix imbalance, they just weren't on the right side of it & now they're potentially able to make the strategic plays they wanted toFYI arcane pummeling x3/stat traits I've got an arcane mage in my log for an atal daz 18 & basically the clearcast proc would ramp their choice of ST or AOE (touch of magi) up to heights GREATLY in excess of those theyd get from same spells under the mage CD toolkit..,Arcane powerRuneBalefire int buffCast missiles is 60% as strong as:Just clearcasting .Put a proc into the touch of magi timer & then hey get another one b4 timers out - what competes w that accidental gamechanging AOE ? :p nothing! Even pure 8.3 glacial spike ppl built max corruption w increasingly aggressive RNG promises (^# of honed mind,tradewinds/v#of masterful, heartofDrkness) had no sort of random potential like these pummeling peaks outside of their burst windowsSux I lost some nice builds too but it'll be worth doing what u can to become more flexible . Traits exist for a reason ! Collect em mix em play emTraining dummies still can't move though and survival hunter steel trap id like to try on a moving dummy ty
Why the hell is Blizzard worried about pre-patch balancing? Maybe divert those resources to the incredibly buggy cluster of an expansion that's supposed to release within the next month and a half?
We should net let incompetencies like this appear on anywhere when multi-billion dollar companies are involved.Like, seriously, 34-50% nerfs? How can their internal simulations, models didn't show this?If they were a building company this would be life threatening. There are no excuses Blizzard. Fire your incompetent staff and hire, and PAY those who are capable.
Arcane and Shadow specs nerfs were deserved. Shadow priests were so far ahead ,when arcane mages were literally spamming arcane missiles killing everything. That said, I would rather see Blizzard working on Shadowlands over nerfing Azerite trais (which are gone in a couple of months). I don't understand why they didn't remove essences and azerite traits in the prepatch in the first place, that way we would have got a "better look" of how classes are going to be in Shadowlands.
This is why devs ignore community, when people like Malon comment those changes, it will have no impact when we reach higher rank of that conduit because we reach it at max level and on max level you will by not using azerite armor from level 50 but already level 60 armor from Shadowlands and those dont have azerite traits.
